Description
Book Introduction
Every moment to love only God
The confession of a soul that longs for the Lord with a burning thirst!
It contains the dialogues and letters of Brother Lawrence in the 17th century, who lived as an ordinary monk but is a testimony to his peaceful faith and long walk with God, as well as the personal confessions of Frank Lubach, who lived a life of walk with God in the 20th century.
Although there is a gap of 300 years between their experiences, one can feel that the God who works in their lives is the same and unchanging.
The author's honest confession of the frustration of failing in his efforts to live with a constant awareness of God's presence and the joy he experienced in feeling God's presence is more moving than any advice or recommendation, and makes the reader yearn for a life of walking with God.

Part 1.
Brother Lawrence
I have found that by constantly talking to God, we can solidify the consciousness of God's presence within us.
It is a shame to give up talking to God in order to think about trivial and foolish things.
We must nourish and nourish our souls with the precious things that bring us great joy—the thought of God. ---p.26
I decided to give up everything and give myself completely to God.
I gave up everything that did not belong to the Lord.
The reason I did this was to solve the problem of my sin and out of love for the Lord.
I began to live as if I had nothing, absolutely nothing, except the Lord.
So I began to seek to live as if there were only the Lord and me in this world. ---p.45~46
God loves you.
God's love for you is infinitely greater than you can imagine.
So what should you do? Love God.
And seek your comfort from the Lord, and from the Lord alone. ---p.94
God does not exist outside of you to pour out His grace upon you.
The Lord is in you.
Therefore, seek the Lord there, within yourself, and nowhere else. ---p.109
Part 2.
Frank Lubach
I have served as a pastor and missionary for 15 years, but I have never lived a life where I followed God's will every moment of the day.
Then, two years ago, feeling deeply dissatisfied with my life, I began to make an effort to reflect on my actions against God's will every 15 to 30 minutes. ---p.116
I listen and wait, consciously maintaining sensitivity to open my heart to God.
Focus your attention.
Sometimes I do that for a long time, starting early in the morning.
I resolve not to get out of bed until my heart is fixed on God.
After a while, this will become a habit, and the feeling of trying too hard will gradually diminish. ---p.123
I've been trying many ways to maintain my fellowship with God, and I find that the best way to do this every day is to wait for God's thoughts and ask Him to speak to me. ---p.134
Try to invite Christ into your heart even for just one second every minute.
There is no need to stop or forget about other things.
Simply invite Christ to share what you are doing, what you are saying, and what you are thinking.

Publisher's Review
How wonderful it would be to live always feeling God's presence?
This is not just our wish now.
It has been the earnest wish of all Christians throughout Christian history.
But living with a constant awareness of God's presence seems so far removed from reality that most Christians give up on it.
Is it really impossible to have constant fellowship with God?
