Book Introduction
Joseph-Henri Altes was a French flautist known for his long-time teaching of the flute.
This textbook is one of the most widely used flute textbooks published worldwide.
Since it is mostly a duet format, it is important to work in sync with the teacher to play correctly.
However, since the technical aspects of the flute are sufficiently explained, if you do not have a teacher, you can study with a violin, piano, or organ teacher.
