First, we look at the entire Bible from a ‘Christ-centered’ perspective.
The Old and New Testaments are connected from the perspective of the Christ who will come (Old Testament), the Christ who has come, and the Christ who will come again (New Testament).
So, we can break free from the narrow-minded view of the Old Testament as merely a history book of the Jewish people and see the amazing history of God's salvation contained within it.
