TOP 10 Speeches
Description
Book Introduction
Ann Nixon Cooper, 106, was born a black woman and was not allowed to vote. Additionally, they were forced to sit in bus seats segregated from white people and were subjected to racial discrimination, including being sprayed with water cannons. But in the end, they got the vote and elected President Obama. She believes that America has changed and will change for the better. When President Obama says, "Yes, we can," along with the story of Anne Nixon Cooper, the audience responds, "Yes, we can." This content is the 4th speech included (p.78). After reviewing hundreds of speeches, we've compiled 10 that still resonate deeply today. You can enjoy each speech from beginning to end with videos of each speaker (goo.gl/fs9qiq) for a more in-depth experience. Every little detail of every speech has been reviewed and revised dozens, hundreds of times. If you think about the reason for each sentence, your English skills will become basic, and your writing and speaking skills will also improve by leaps and bounds. The left side of each chapter begins with a self-introduction, and the right side is an indirect introduction to the speech. These were not written by the speakers themselves, but by the authors assuming their positions. To write this, I looked at as much material as possible, from biographies to movies about each speaker. I tried to include their mission, values, and purpose of the speech. The writing process was so enjoyable that I didn't even realize how much time had passed. I believe that those who read this book will also find great inspiration, joy, and enlightenment through it. Through this realization, I hope you will achieve greater things in your English skills and in life than the speakers in this book. Free lectures (goo.gl/8id6df or goo.gl/kbckkt) will also be held. If you have any questions while studying, please ask them at miklish.com and we will respond within 3 days. |
