[Strategy] Oh, what a joy it is to belong to Jesus Christ! Belonging to Jesus Christ is a true balm that melts away all the pain and sorrow that cannot be separated from this life.
While reading the Bible, sometimes stop reading for a moment and devote yourself to silent prayer, waiting on God.
Be sure to do so when you read a passage that particularly touches your heart.
When you read the Bible, make sure that it produces results that are appropriate to it.
When you read that passage, follow the feeling that comes to you from within.
Follow His touch.
Reading the Bible in this way will build you up and nourish your soul.
Yes, that's right.
Your inner self, your soul and spirit, need nourishment just like your physical body.
If your soul is not nourished, its spiritual state will wither and decay.

There is a method I strongly recommend to you in killing your ego.
If there is anything left of your corrupt nature and desires, kill it.
Overcome your own will.

Accept it.
Learn to tolerate everything that happens to you, even the chaos.
But do it with one motive: love for God.
Accept everything, whether you are treated unfairly, ignored, or whatever else life throws at you.
In short, you can overcome your own existence by always calmly enduring whatever interferes with your natural life.
When unpleasant things come into your life, overcome the unpleasant feelings that arise within you.
By doing so, you unite yourself with the sufferings of Christ.
It is true that the above recommendation is difficult to accept.
But by doing so you will be lifting up the cross.
If you thoroughly overcome everything that is flashy and attractive about you, you will most preciously exalt the event of the cross within you.
But this death does not happen externally.
Overcoming and killing the ego takes place within the inner life.
So learn to be a child, to be truly nothing.
