Hanbyeol can't easily believe what Seonggeon said, as he was the one who smiled brightly while trying his best to find the precious belongings left behind by his grandmother.
“……If I could turn back time, I would at least ask,” sighs Hanbyeol, who happens to stumble upon the ‘Rewind Bakery’, where she half-doubtfully eats the ‘One Month Cookie’ that can turn back time by one month, and ends up going back to the exact moment when Seonggeon was caught by Lee Chanwoo while installing a hidden camera.
In this way, Hanbyeol becomes the only witness to the truth about the 'molka criminal Seo Seong-geon' and the reason why Nayuna screamed on the rooftop.


From that day on, Hanbyeol decides to be the first person to believe Yuna and Seonggeon, no matter what rumors spread.

The same goes for Hanbyeol in the novel.
Even though I was able to turn back time at Rewind Bakery and go back to the past month I so desperately wanted, reality is still full of choices I have to make, and regrets keep repeating.
The time cookie was just an opportunity, it never changed the future.
Even if you could turn back time, the choice would still be yours.

Author Beom Yu-jin has portrayed the character of Han-byeol, who constantly struggles to ensure that the only truth she has witnessed can steer the situation in the right direction.
Hanbyeol's positive imagination opens the door to Rewind Bakery and becomes the key to saving Yuna, Seonggeon, and Soojung.
Even though she knows that if she could turn back time, not only the present but also events, relationships, and perhaps even her heart might change, Hanbyeol's choice to bite into a monthly cookie, a daily cookie, and an hourly cookie without an inch of hesitation in the face of others' misfortune shines brightly every moment.


The novel ends with the story of Rewind Bakery, which watched over Hanbyeol's every choice until the end.
The final epilogue, which is like a gift, deeply moves readers by suggesting that the earnest faith and actions of Hanbyeol, Seonggeon, Yuna, and Sujeong were the driving force that could change the present.
