The author is not a so-called 'celebrity' whose name is on everyone's lips, and therefore he is not a person whose life events and actions would arouse the curiosity of many people.
This book is not a confession or memoir in which such celebrities voluntarily write about incidents that have befallen them or events they have committed.
This book is aimed almost exclusively at those studying education, and is intended to convey the current state of education and its future direction.
The incidents reported in this book, whether they happened to the author or were perpetrated by him, show the process by which his current views on the status and nature of education were formed.

The author is aware that there are many people currently studying education who hold different views from him about the nature and purpose of education.
Also, for this reason, the author does not believe that the contents of this book will resonate with many readers or that pedagogy will progress as the author wishes in the near future.
What this book seeks to demonstrate is that if pedagogy is to become a discipline that is not simply about helping children study or correcting their misbehavior, but rather a discipline that allows those who study it to reflect on themselves, it must follow a path that is consistent in nature, even if it is not the exact same one as the author.
