Principles of Educational Administration
Principles of Educational Administration
Description
Book Introduction
This book aims to cover as much of the content and scope as possible that should be covered in the subject of educational administration.
The focus is on broadly understanding the theory and practice of educational administration and applying it to school and classroom management.
Therefore, I believe that it will not be possible to cover all the content covered in this book in one semester.
The content should be selected and taught according to the target audience and purpose of the training.

Above all, an excellent teacher must have the knowledge and skills to teach students well.
However, knowledge and skills in school administration and management are equally important.
All teachers exist not as individuals but as members of the school organization, and therefore participate in school administration, and most teachers are responsible for and manage one class.
Therefore, the three qualifications that an excellent teacher must possess are teaching and learning ability, active participation and contribution to school administration, and classroom management skills.
This book was written with the goal of improving the educational administration and management skills that teachers must have as basics.
