Twelve-Month Art Therapy Program 1
Twelve-Month Art Therapy Program 1
Description
Book Introduction
This is a compilation of group art therapy programs that the authors have implemented in counseling and educational settings to help children and adolescents overcome conflicts, fears, and stress experienced at home and at school, and to provide them with a variety of concrete and practical approaches to problem solving.
After each program, we sought to ensure program continuity by providing children and adolescents with activities that allowed them to practice the solutions and social skills they learned through the program at home or at school.

In addition, we encouraged children and adolescents to creatively approach art therapy programs by using original methods that go beyond the framework of techniques or materials, and by presenting practical and specific situations and environments that they can encounter in their environment, we helped children and adolescents experience social conflicts in group programs and acquire social skills through the process of resolving those conflicts.
