Preface to the Revised and Expanded Edition

The authors have been directly involved in the validation of management disposition plans for a long time.
In doing so, we confirmed that the first edition of 『Everything About Reconstruction and Redevelopment (Theory and Practice of Management and Disposal Plans)』 did not sufficiently address the difficulties faced by those undergoing feasibility verification, and we began revising it to include content that would be immediately helpful in the field of redevelopment projects.

This revised and expanded edition has been enhanced with practicality and expertise through the participation of field practitioners and appraisers involved in verifying the validity of management disposition plans. It faithfully reflects recently revised laws, case law, and authoritative interpretations, and addresses key issues that have been repeatedly raised.
Recognizing that the standards and contents of management and disposal plans, articles of incorporation, and city/provincial ordinances differ for each business establishment, resulting in differences in practitioners' judgments and procedures, we sought to provide a basis for decision-making during the actual feasibility verification process.
This book aims to:
First, the process of application for sale, management and disposal plan standards and procedures, management and disposal plan contents, and management and disposal plan approval were organized into a practical guideline.
Second, in order to clarify the issues and grounds for the management disposition plan, relevant laws, ordinances, case law, and authoritative interpretations were included to provide criteria for judgment.
Third, we aimed to reduce recurrence by describing points of error and dispute that frequently occur in actual verification cases.

In a maintenance project, the management disposal plan is a procedure for converting the property rights of the cooperative members and is a step that determines the success or failure of the project.
As this is a very important procedure, verifying the validity of the management disposal plan can be considered a key step.
We hope that this revised and expanded edition will serve as a reliable reference and practical standard for a wide range of practitioners in the field, including maintenance project practitioners, union officials, public institution officials, and researchers.
