'AI' and 'edutech' are also topics that are frequently mentioned in training and educational books.
Now, health centers are also introducing AI-powered health log programs, kiosks, and various smart devices.
The more I think about it, the more I think about this.
"It's already overwhelming to take care of children, so do I need to learn AI as well?"
'If I just sit still, won't I fall behind?'
'Will AI replace me someday?'
Change is happening so quickly, and a school nurse's day is already busy.
So I feel more anxious and burdened.
Recently, I gave a lecture on ‘Health Education Using AI and EdTech’ to middle and high school health teachers.
However, there were more applications from elementary school health teachers, so we ended up opening additional classes.
This means many school nurses are facing the same concerns. AI technology is advancing rapidly.
It is nearly impossible to learn everything.
But you don't need to know everything perfectly.
Just applying one to your current work is enough.
If you can't stop a moving train, start by taking a moment to look out the window.
