Publisher's Review
Nowadays, most people are born in cities and live within the city limits.
I've traveled once or twice, but I've never lived in the countryside.
Perhaps because it is so far away from their current living environment, people who are tired of city life often dream of living in the countryside.
Clean air, a village surrounded by green mountains instead of a forest of buildings, the sound of birdsong instead of car horns, and a simple meal prepared with produce grown right in the garden.
There, I feel like I won't have to worry about crowded buses on my way to and from work, and I'll be able to walk on dirt roads and do the things I like, living a simple and leisurely life.
What is real country life like?
In this Bear, we meet people who have been busy living in the city and are starting a new life in the countryside.
We met a couple who combines their urban experience with farming, and a young farmer who prepares simple, healthy meals using produce they grow themselves, and heard about their lives creating their own food.
I've seen the lives of people who come up to the city and then return to their families, working together or tending a garden, and I've also seen the lives of people who meet various people by creating a guest house.
We met people who held film festivals in the countryside, transformed stone warehouses into cultural spaces, and opened select shops and bookstores, and learned about the variety of things you can do in the countryside.
To city dwellers, rural life seems like a place where you can just sweat and farm or spend your days leisurely, but as more people live in the countryside, rural life becomes more diverse.
Hear from people building new lives in the countryside, their own way.
If you do that, you will be able to draw your own life.
