This book is an introductory book to law for exam preparation.
The title of the book was "Reading Law While Lying Down" until the 4th edition (2017), but it was changed to "Introduction to Law" in the 5th edition (2019), but it is the same book.
The Introduction to Law series consists of eight volumes, divided into one volume on public law (constitution, administrative law), five volumes on civil law (civil law, commercial law, civil procedure law), and two volumes on criminal law (criminal law, criminal procedure law).
Among them, Volume 1 of Criminal Law is titled “Fundamentals of Criminal Law.”
In Volume 1 of Criminal Law, Fundamentals of Criminal Law, the principles of investigation and trial are examined along with actual investigation and litigation document forms, and then theories on elements of crime, illegality, and responsibility, i.e., criminology, are explained.
