Today we live in a rapidly changing industrial society.
Along with this economic growth, the heavy chemical industry has also developed rapidly, diversifying the types of hazardous substances used in it, and the resulting increase in safety accidents has led to a rise in the number of casualties and property damage.
Therefore, business owners must also carefully recognize the seriousness of safety issues at the labor-management level.

In response to these demands of the times, we believe that the demand for hazardous materials handlers will further increase. Therefore, we have published this book in the hope that it will be of some help to those who wish to handle hazardous materials.
However, in our complex lives, we do not have enough time, and it would be difficult to acquire comprehensive knowledge about handling hazardous materials in a short period of time.

Accordingly, I have published a book based on my extensive teaching experience, materials I have prepared in my spare time, and practical experience in the field.
Therefore, I am glad that this book has been of some help to those preparing for the hazardous materials technician exam and to those working in the industrial field. I promise to do my best to revise and improve any shortcomings so that it can become a perfect technical book with each new edition.
