It's been a year and six months since I wrote the revised edition.
Reading it carefully from beginning to end, refining the context, and organizing the content took more energy and time than expected.
This 9th edition reflects important case law up to June 2025 and significantly supplements the administrative adjudication section.
In the administrative litigation section, the reasons for disposition were additionally changed and the binding force was supplemented.
I received my master's degree in administrative adjudication and my doctorate in administrative litigation.
Therefore, I believe that I have some expertise in the field of administrative litigation law.
We have put a lot of effort into conveying this expertise more easily and accurately.
I sincerely hope that those who read this book will be blessed with infinite glory.
