I respect the inner Buddha who is in control.
I pray that all who come into contact with this book will regain peace of mind and body, become healthy members of society, and, with renewed determination, be liberated from the karma accumulated over countless kalpas, all disasters will be eradicated, and their wishes will be fulfilled. I pray that they will serve the Buddha well and create much good fortune.

[The reason this book came into being]

In our busy daily lives, it is not easy to stop for a moment and look deep within ourselves.
There are times when we feel uncomfortable or anxious, but it is still difficult to find the time or means to deal with those feelings.
These difficulties are something I often see while conducting hypnosis counseling.
While many people benefit from hypnosis, I've always felt that better results would be achieved if people had a way to understand and resolve their inner issues on their own.

When I was learning about EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), I participated in offline and online lectures on EFT both domestically and internationally, and studied by reading, summarizing, and reviewing almost all of the EFT-related books on the market.
I also studied by obtaining out-of-print books.
Then, I applied what I learned in actual counseling and included additional information I learned through experience in this book.


[My mindset when writing this book]

When I wrote this book, my mindset was, 'Let's help others who want to learn EFT by reducing the trouble they go through reading various books on EFT like I did.
And the idea was to help clients who read this book learn and practice EFT and find peace.


Therefore, in this one book, we have tried to cover all the essential content needed for inner healing with EFT, and we have designed it to be a comprehensive and practical guidebook that can be used by everyone from beginners unfamiliar with EFT to counselors who use EFT.

Also, I uploaded actual healing cases using EFT separately to my blog instead of including them in the book to avoid making the book unnecessarily thick.

[Learning how to catch fish]

EFT is a powerful psychological healing technique that combines the healing principle of acceptance, a traditional psychological element, with the Oriental medicine principle of tapping specific acupuncture points on the body. Through repeated use of EFT, we cultivate inner awareness, become less drawn to pain, and become more peaceful.
In the past, when you were depressed, you didn't know what to do and just stayed in pain. Now, with EFT, you can directly address your pain, relieve uncomfortable emotions immediately, and return to your daily life more quickly.

I think of hypnosis counseling metaphorically as a kind of emergency surgery, and mental training, or the work of purifying the inner self, is rehabilitation therapy.
So, I think it would be good for those who are very hurt to focus on EFT, and for those who still feel like life is worth living, to practice EFT and mind study in parallel.


I don't want my clients to come to me for counseling indefinitely.
After receiving only the amount of counseling necessary, I hope you can develop self-reliance and live a healthy and independent life.
One way to live that way is to learn EFT through my lectures or this book, and then write down your EFT Emotion Note and EFT Happiness Note.



In this revised edition, we have comprehensively improved and supplemented the structure and content to reflect the principles of effective learning (teaching) methods, enabling readers to understand EFT more systematically and deeply and to effectively apply it in real life.
The major changes are:

1.
Structural reorganization considering learning flow

1) Step-by-step learning structure: The entire book is clearly divided into 'Part 1: EFT Core Course' (9 chapters) and 'Part 2: Advanced/Bonus Chapters' (8 chapters), so that you can learn sequentially from the basics to the advanced levels.

2) Intuitive chapter structure: Breaking away from the topic-listing structure of the existing edition, the order of chapters has been rearranged to take into account the actual application order and difficulty level, and the titles of each chapter have been changed to be easier and more specific (e.g., '3.7 EFT Official Course' in the existing edition -> 'Chapter 3: Complete Conquest of EFT, Mastering the Official Course' in the revised edition).

2.
Deepening the content and adding new techniques

1) Extension of key techniques
: Key topics that were briefly covered in the previous edition, such as Cinema Techniques (Chapter 5), Core Issues and the Inner Child (Chapter 6), EFT for Goal Achievement (Chapter 8), Pain Management (Chapter 10), Vicarious EFT (Chapter 11), Prenatal Trauma (Chapter 14), and Forgiveness (Chapter 15), have been expanded and deepened into separate chapters to provide more detailed and in-depth explanations.

2) Add new content:

(1) Optimal EFT (Chapter 13): Introducing a new, in-depth technique for healing by connecting with your inner “invisible healer” without tapping.
(2) Special EFT Uses (Chapter 12): Added creative ways to apply EFT to various life issues, such as dealing with addictive cravings (including AA 12-Step connections) and finding lost memories/objects.
(3) EFT Daily Practice (Chapter 9): Helps build habits by providing additional explanations on how to consistently practice EFT every day.

3.
Enhanced practicality and convenience

1) Strengthening problem-solving support: The causes to check when EFT is blocked or slow to work have been subdivided from 11 to 14, and specific solutions have been suggested (Chapter 7). In addition, explanations of ‘common mistakes & misconceptions’ have been reinforced throughout the book to reduce errors in actual application.

2) Emphasis on safety: To ensure the safety of our readers, we have created a "Disclaimer" section to clearly state the purpose and limitations of the book's information, as well as the need for expert assistance.

I sincerely hope that this revised edition will serve as a more reliable and useful guide for all those learning and practicing EFT, serving as a steadfast companion on their journey to find inner peace and growth.
