Living in the city, we don't often get to see vast natural landscapes like the ocean or forests, but the sky that fills our eyes just by raising our heads is probably the most comfortable and best view of nature for anyone.
The sky, which changes its appearance several times a day, makes us look forward to what color the sunset will be in the afternoon and what shapes of clouds it will be filled with tomorrow.

Everyone has a view of the sky that holds a special place in their memory.
Draw with your own hands the moment you first saw a rainbow, the beautiful sunset over the sea you traveled to, the sky you made a wish for as the sun rose on New Year's Day, and the star-filled night sky you looked up at with a special someone.
It doesn't have to be something grand, but the sky, which gave me a brief respite from my busy daily life, is enough to become a wonderful subject that only I can draw.

Oil pastels are a great art medium for drawing skies because they blend smoothly, making it easy for anyone with paper to draw with.
It doesn't have to be exactly like the picture in the book! I hope you enjoy the process of creating your own sky, drawing it however you like.
