How to walk barefoot
Description
Book Introduction
Let's start practicing barefoot walking, the best healing method for mankind, right now!

There are already over a million people who know and practice barefoot walking, the best health method given by God.
However, more than 98% of the population still does not know how to walk barefoot.
This is a very unfortunate reality for someone who knows better than anyone the healing effects of walking barefoot.

Why walk barefoot?

“Health blossoms again on dirt roads, not in hospital beds.”
Nature's prescription, proven by countless healing cases and scientific evidence!

Many people say money or fame are their goals in life, but in the end, the most important thing is health.
However, modern society is centered on science and technology and is turning a blind eye to the healthy lifestyle that is inherent in human nature.
As a result, countless people are suffering from lifestyle-related diseases brought about by modern civilization, relying solely on hospitals and medications, and groaning in the throes of illness.
However, we can recover our health by simply following the laws of nature that we have forgotten and lived by, and the method is to walk barefoot, simply by taking off our shoes.
This has already been proven through the practical examples of numerous people.
Even at this very moment, there are people who continue to rejoice in recovering their health and enjoying the happiness of life by walking barefoot in the hell of illness.

As we all know, even the world's wealthiest people and those of high social status are helpless against aging and disease.
We often see and hear of people who have access to the highest level of hospital treatment and easy access to the most expensive and effective medicines, yet suddenly pass away one day or suffer from the shackles of illness for a long time, losing their human dignity.
As a barefoot walking evangelist, I am convinced that the reason is that we have ignored the Creator's care and disobeyed the laws of nature.

Into the book
Walking barefoot is a natural life activity deeply connected to human origins.
Early humans walked barefoot through nature, hunting and gathering, without shoes or protective gear.
This was not only an essential activity for survival, but also a harmonious connection with nature.
Even in ancient Greece and Rome, walking barefoot was a common practice, and in religious circles such as Buddhism and Christianity, barefoot was considered sacred, and walking barefoot was an important tradition during pilgrimages.
Socrates and many artists and scholars also walked barefoot, drawing inspiration from nature and deepening their thinking.

Since the 19th century, with the development of civilization, these natural activities have gradually disappeared, and the direct connection between human life and nature has also begun to be severed.
In modern society, where convenience and comfort are prioritized, walking barefoot has completely disappeared.
Since then, countless previously unimaginable diseases have appeared, and humanity has fallen into the abyss of disease, causing many people to live in suffering.

Walking barefoot: The key to solving modern civilization's ills
It is being revealed that the option designed by the Creator in the beginning was bare feet in a natural state, and that human diseases are the price paid for turning away from and shunning nature.
This is a clue that returning to nature can free humanity from the diseases it currently suffers from.
This inspired our pioneers to realize that the easiest way to natural recovery was to walk barefoot, and they began to spread the word about it.
Thus, the barefoot walking enlightenment movement was proudly born in our Republic of Korea.

There is still a lack of major research data on barefoot walking, which is causing some intellectuals to criticize and envy the practice in the name of science.
However, there are already countless cases of people practicing barefoot walking and curing various symptoms of aging and incurable and intractable diseases.
Now, countless healing cases clearly prove that barefoot living is an undeniable design and consideration of God, and it is confirmed to be the solution to the ills of modern civilization.

The Hidden Intruder Behind Barefoot Walking's Popularity
The era of 1 million barefoot people, which seemed like a dream, has arrived.
However, with the rapid increase in the barefoot population, some unwelcome confusion is also occurring in the barefoot walking scene.
The human nature of seeking comfort and the temptation of capitalist commercialism that seeks money have turned a blind eye to the pure essence of barefoot walking, which is a return to nature, and are blinding those who come to walk barefoot with strange sophistry, sending them back into the abyss of disease.
If we just ignore the shallow tricks and absurd claims, we could end up with unfortunate stories of people following suit and not being able to heal in a timely manner.

As a leader of the barefoot walking movement who closely observes it, I feel a deep sense of responsibility to stop it.
I raised my voice in refutation of their claims, which I could not ignore, and even stayed up all night arguing with opponents hiding behind a shield of anonymity online.
However, the online comment debate was a very difficult and arduous war of attrition.
So, rather than engaging in endless, ineffective post-response battles, we decided to take preemptive action by providing a reference book that provides practical standards in advance.

I hope to become a true guide to the barefoot path.
This book covers only the core concepts of barefoot walking theory.
Instead, I would like to stick to my original role as a guidebook for barefoot walking, including practical information and things I have confirmed through my experience that I feel I absolutely must share.
Therefore, I hope to be able to satisfy the readers' desire to know to some extent.

While writing the book, I realized that there are many good books out there, but I shouldn't just create a book that's just so-so, leave it on the bookshelf, and then one day throw it away in the recycling bin.
I did my best throughout the year with the thought that I would at least write a book that I would not be ashamed of and that I would be happy to pass on to future generations.

However, as I prepare to finish the manuscript, I feel that it falls far short of my initial goal.
I tried to draw a tiger but ended up drawing a cat.
Still, it was an opportunity for metacognition to realize my own shortcomings by devoting a whole year to writing a book.
I pledge to continue to make efforts through this.

Finally, I would like to pay tribute to my mentor, Chairman Park Dong-chang, who helped me open my eyes to barefoot walking. I would also like to express my gratitude to Vice Chairman Lee So-myeong, who always gives me deep trust and support, and to the volunteers across the country at the National Headquarters of the Barefoot Walking Movement, who are dedicated to realizing Hongik Segye with the spirit of altruism and Ubuntu.
I also bow my head and express my deepest gratitude to those who have sent me encouragement and support so that the book could be published.

Publisher's Review
“Nature always knew the answer.
We were just too far away.”
"How to Walk Barefoot" is a book that teaches you how to read the language of nature again.

This is the sad reality of humanity today: we ignore the laws of nature and live according to the lifestyles of a civilized society, relying solely on modern medicine and drugs to combat the numerous diseases that are rampant, and suffering from the torments of disease.
I felt a sense of mission to correctly recognize this through metacognition and to spread the word to the world that we can live a healthy life by walking barefoot, which is a true healing solution.
I also felt a responsibility as a barefoot walking instructor to provide the right way to practice.

This book contains specific principles and practical methods to help even those who are new to barefoot walking, a true health solution, to correctly recognize this unfortunate reality.
Also, based on my experience of walking barefoot without a single day off for the past several years, I have compiled this information that I felt was absolutely necessary to share, and it is organized so that you can have the insight to correctly discern the common sense about barefoot walking that is widely known in the field and the expedient tools and methods that involve shallow commercialism. It is organized by topic so that you can easily look it up whenever you need it.

Therefore, 『How to Walk Barefoot Correctly』 is not a book that simply tells you how to walk barefoot, but a 'practical guide' that clearly explains why you should walk barefoot, what benefits you get, and how to walk effectively. It will serve as a solid 'milestone' for those who are just starting to walk barefoot.
It can also be said to be a 'barefoot walking reference book' that is helpful to those who are already practicing barefoot walking and especially to those who want to become barefoot walking experts.

[Book Contents]

Chapter 1 explores the essence of barefoot walking, and Chapter 2 explores the necessity of barefoot walking, its basic principles, and the healing effects that support it to motivate practice.
Chapter 3 summarizes important precautions, such as the correct way to walk, to minimize trial and error and enable efficient barefoot walking. Chapter 4 delves deeper into grounding, the most controversial topic in the field of barefoot walking, and includes easy-to-apply grounding methods.

A differentiated guide to barefoot living that contains field experience and natural healing principles not found in other books.

From Chapter 5 onwards, the book focuses on its practical reference content, which is a key feature of this book. Information on various problems and frequently encountered errors in the field of barefoot walking is organized in the form of short answer notes.
Chapter 6 touches on the mindset that is very important in the healing process.

Chapter 7 details the causes of different healing effects for each person, the manifestation reaction and coping methods, and what you must know for effective barefoot walking, especially why a vegetarian diet is good for dietary management.
Chapter 8 summarizes the causes and treatments for abnormal symptoms of the feet that appear when walking barefoot.

Chapter 9 contains a spark of hope for overcoming dementia, delivered to over one million dementia patients and their families across the country.
I have compiled the insights I gained through the trials and errors and pain I experienced while directly caring for my elderly mother with dementia.
This book contains the heartbreaking story of an unfilial son who made the painful mistake of missing the right time to heal his mother with dementia due to his ignorance of the grounding effect and his arrogance as a natural healing expert. It contains the earnest hope that people will successfully heal their mother by practicing the belief that dementia can be overcome through barefoot grounding, using the experience of a disobedient son who made the painful mistake of missing the right time to heal his mother with dementia due to his ignorance of the grounding effect and his arrogance as a natural healing expert.

The appendix contains bonus applications of natural remedies that have great synergy when combined with barefoot walking.
All of these are based on the ‘laws of nature’ whose effectiveness has been confirmed through experiments.
Even if it doesn't work for everyone, if you're lucky and even one of them works, you might experience the joy of accidentally discovering ginseng.
