He describes himself as a restless soul and an outsider, confessing that he suffers from the pain of wandering on the margins and boundaries.
However, because of this background, missionary Cheong Kim was able to see people and things differently with a new perspective through the 'voice of the periphery' and experience various moments of God's work in his journey of faith.
We are all pilgrims walking the path of faith.
As you walk that path, you will encounter danger and pain, experience unexpected joy, and reach a state of deep enlightenment.
Ultimately, our lives are a process of wrestling with the question, 'Who is God? Who am I?'

The two disciples walking on the road to Emmaus did not recognize Jesus, even though he suddenly appeared to them.
Although they had many questions and unresolved problems, when the Word came to their mind, their hearts were warmed and they came to recognize Jesus.
We, who walk the pilgrimage road, are no different from these two disciples.
This book will be a fellow pilgrim who will walk alongside you on your life's journey until your eyes are opened and you come to know Jesus.
