Today's Gratitude Note
Description
Book Introduction
Thank you note,
How to experience small miracles every day!
“What are you grateful for in your life right now?” Not many people can answer this question right away.
For those who endure each day in a tough daily life, there may not be much to be 'thankful' about in the first place.
However, 'gratitude' is an easy and simple element that can enrich our lives on our own without relying on anyone else.
That is why, in a world that is constantly changing, the importance of ‘gratitude’ is increasing day by day.
What would change if we were grateful every day?
When we write down what we are grateful for every day, we become more grateful for even the smallest things, and we can look at life with a different perspective than before.
When you realize that there are many things to be grateful for in your daily life, you will naturally realize happiness, and that feeling will have a positive effect on your work and relationships.
Saint Francis of Sales even listed giving thanks as the first thing a Christian must do.
"Today's Gratitude Note" features a sophisticated and emotional design that encourages you to write a gratitude journal with a calmer mind at the end of each day.
It is also made of a sturdy material that can be stored for a long time, but the binding was done with care to make it easy to write down the contents in the notebook.
Let's read God's word every day, take it to heart, and keep a gratitude journal.
You will be able to deeply experience that He is always with us.
The only prayer you offer throughout your life is
If it consists of “Thank you, God,”
That's enough already.
― Meister Eckhart

Publisher's Review
100 days, in a time of gratitude
Look at the world with different eyes than before!
Writing a “Thank You Note for Today” will make it easier to give thanks to God in your daily life.
Even in the midst of the endless repetition of daily life, remembering things you are grateful for leads to positive thinking, which in turn leads to small changes in life.
There are countless thank you notes, but what makes this note special for believers is that it includes a verse from the Bible.
《Today's Gratitude Note》 contains 100 Bible verses to help you meditate while writing down things you are grateful for each day.
Deeper reflection is possible through words that give thanks to God and praise Him.
Additionally, we introduce stories, poems, and proverbs about gratitude from adults every week, so that by reading them, you can realize what a blessing it is for us to develop the habit of gratitude.
My outlook on life is to receive everything with gratitude.
It's about practicing not taking things for granted.
― G.
K. Chesterton
What would change if I kept a gratitude journal?
A time to experience God in everything!
Let's take some time to end the day with a "Thank You Note".
If you write down things you are grateful for every day, you can create a happy day.
Here's a three-step gratitude routine using these notes:
Step 1: Starting the morning with prayer
When I wake up in the morning, I make the sign of the cross and thank the Lord for giving me another new morning.
And as I offer my 'morning prayer', I believe that God knows all the difficult, sad, and painful things that happen to me today.
Step 2: Take time to think about what you are grateful for.
Find a space where you won't be disturbed, take a moment to meditate, then open your gratitude notebook and say a simple opening prayer.
After reading today's Bible verse, find three things you are thankful for and write them down.
As I finish writing, I think back on how I spent my day and write down my thoughts freely.
Step 3: Ending the evening with prayer
End the day by reading the Bible again and offering 'Evening Prayer'.
And I pat myself on the back for my hard work today, thank the Lord for helping me get through the day safely, and then go to bed.
Pope Francis said, “Gratitude is humility of heart and the knowledge that the good things we have are gifts we have received.”
In this way, gratitude can become the starting point for us to become closer to the Lord.
When you think about and write down what you are grateful for every day, a new day will open up.
Let's give this notebook as a gift to ourselves, to those around us we cherish, and to those who are making new beginnings and resolutions.
By keeping a gratitude journal every day, we can give ourselves the gift of realizing that God is at the center of our lives.
When something good happens, I am happy and thankful.
When something sad happens, let's be thankful even in the midst of sadness.
Then, I write again in the notebook of my heart that I will gain new strength.
