“If a man or woman does not do good deeds while alive and commits many sins, even if after death his relatives perform various holy deeds for him and bring him blessings, he will only receive one of the seven merits, and the remaining six will benefit the living.
For this reason, good men and women of the future and present, if they listen carefully and cultivate themselves, will fully obtain each and every merit.”
