This 2026 Land Hana Civil Law and Civil Special Law Basic Book is for the exam preparation.
The subject that students feel the most burdened by is civil law.
We analyzed 20 years of real estate agent exam data to clearly distinguish between core content actually tested and the peripheral areas of learning.
We boldly excluded minor precedents and theories that have never appeared on the exam or that only appear once every ten years.
