Description
Book Introduction
In order to use this as a textbook for training not only first responders but also emergency medical personnel, professors belonging to the National Emergency Medical Services Professors' Association translated the terminology used in emergency medical services textbooks into a format that is easy for the general public to understand.
It contains comprehensive content on basic life support and first aid, from basic medical knowledge on first aid that must be acquired by the general public, nursing and health students, emergency medical technicians, nurses, doctors, school nurses, and workers in industrial infirmaries who are primarily responsible for first aid work in the field, to treatment for each emergency situation.

This textbook, consisting of a total of 26 chapters and appendices, includes background information on the content, important topics, implementation procedures, content to emphasize and note, content summary and review, practice evaluation, and knowledge evaluation for each chapter, making it stand out for being organized so that not only students but also educators who teach using this book can utilize it in their education.
