Real estate exploration, our home search project!
Description
Book Introduction
The "Know YOU" series, which provides information on things you may be curious about.
Kirin Media's "AljiYOU" is a fairy tale series for elementary school children.
We compiled fairy tales of stories that children are curious about in various fields such as society, science, and culture, as well as stories that mothers and fathers want to tell their children.
In order for children to grow up and become members of society, there are basic knowledge and information that they must acquire in addition to their academic studies, and values that they must consider at least once.
For example, 'What kind of space is home?', 'Is there no way for children to protect themselves?', 'Are I a different being from the avatar in the metaverse?'
The third book in the "I Know YOU" series, "Real Estate Exploration, Our Home Search Project!", presents the concepts of "home" and "real estate" in a more accessible and fun way, using fairy tales and comics tailored to children's perspectives.
Join us on a fun knowledge adventure made with exciting fairy tales and fun cartoons.

Publisher's Review
The grand 'Find Our Home' mission with Almond!
The space called home may be a space that children take for granted.
It's so natural to go home after school or go out and play with friends.
The same was true for Jiyu, the protagonist of the fairy tale.
I've never really thought about the space called 'home'.
That is, until you bring home your cat friend Almond.
As the weather got colder, Jiyu became worried about Almong, a cat living on the street.
I wanted to bring Almond home, but Mom and Dad wouldn't let me.
My dad said, “When you grow up and become independent, then you can live with a cat.”
Jiyu tilted her head when she first heard the word 'independence'.
I also wondered what it would be like to live alone.
Jiyu, who was not allowed to live with a cat, ended up going to the 'House Cat Certified Real Estate Agent Office' with Almangi.
And from there, I decided to set out to find my real 'home'.
A simple and enjoyable first book that introduces the unfamiliar and difficult topic of "real estate" through fairy tales!
At the 'House Cat Certified Real Estate Agent Office', a calico cat was waiting.
The calico cat asked Jiyu and Almond about the conditions of the house they wanted.
I started asking whether a house or an apartment would be better, and about transaction conditions such as sale, lease, or monthly rent.
Jiyu and Almang's minds went blank at the words they heard for the first time.
The tri-colored cat said.
“A cat and a child who don’t know anything?”
Jiyu and Almang learned unfamiliar words related to houses one by one, and realized that there are more diverse types of houses and lifestyles in the world than they had thought.
And I learned about real estate concepts one by one, from various housing types to the role of a real estate agent's office, eco-friendly housing, square meters as a unit of measurement for the size of a house, and how to look at a house.
What kind of house do Jiyu and Almeng really want?
And can the place they found together really become their 'home'?
Our home, and everything about 'living and housing' that surrounds our lives!
Author Park Bo-ram hoped that children would realize that "home" is not just a place to stay, but a special place where the warmth of family and everyday stories accumulate.
I also thought that in order to understand the world a little better, we should also learn the basic concepts of building a home.
So, starting from the question, “What is a home?”, I unraveled knowledge about real estate and homes into an interesting fairy tale.
In addition, it is designed so that you can think about the meaning of ‘a house that suits me’ and ‘a house where the family is happy together’ while reading the fairy tale.
Artist Shin Nara, who drew the pictures, captured Jiyu and Almangi's cute and lovely journey of 'finding our home' in warm pictures.
In particular, by utilizing his experience in animation production, he vividly portrayed Jiyu and Almondi's expressions and movements, allowing young readers to become immersed in the story.
We also combined illustrations and cartoons to naturally weave information and narrative, helping children read the book with interest until the end.
"Real Estate Exploration, Finding Our Home Project!" goes beyond simply imparting knowledge, asking about expectations for the "home you want to live in" and the meaning of "living together."
After reading this book, children will be able to draw a 'happy home' in their hearts, just like Almond and Jiyu.
Let's go find the 'happy home' that's just right for you with "Real Estate Exploration, Find Our Home Project!"
