This is a new concept Chinese character study book for passing the 5th level Chinese character proficiency test administered by the Korean Language Association.
The resources are explained in an easy-to-understand way, tailored to elementary school students, so that anyone can understand the principles of how Chinese characters are formed and learn them properly.
Additionally, we selected Chinese characters that frequently appear in school textbooks and directly translated them so that their meanings can be easily understood through Chinese characters.
Author Park Du-su was born into a family of scholars of Chinese classics and learned Chinese classics from his father from a young age. With the intention of carrying on the family tradition, he majored in Chinese classics in college.
After studying Chinese characters for a long time, he developed a learning method that makes it easy to learn Chinese characters through radicals with new meanings and new shapes, and wrote a series of Chinese character proficiency test preparation books, such as 『Magic Fluent Chinese Characters』 (9 volumes) and 『Elementary Learning Chinese Characters』 (6 volumes).

基 (ground): Used to mean ground, foundation, and basics.
其 (that): Used to mean the word (that) that is pointed to.
