I spent a long time staring blankly at the Mekong River, at a time I thought was the end of the world.

Where in the world can you find a travel destination where you can slowly reflect on yourself? In 2014, after Youth Over Flowers captivated us, I felt like I could vaguely sense the Laos craze that followed.
It was a longing for humanity.
Longing for me.
In search of our true selves, we compare ourselves to others and measure ourselves against the standards of success, but in the end, there is nothing left from comparison.
I have to find love for myself and live my own life.


I witnessed scenes where I could say I had a happy trip while traveling and healing, which led me to publish a Laos guidebook.
Now that the number of Koreans is decreasing, the natural state is maintained, and it is being chosen again as a healing travel destination.


As a poet's words say, Laos, which has the fragrance of a travel destination woven over a long period of time, is beautiful only when viewed closely and is lovely only when viewed for a long time, was limited to the cities that Koreans visit, namely Vientiane, Vang Vieng, and Luang Prabang.
