Sometimes I enjoy the leisure of writing and reciting poetry.
As I wandered through the mountains, fields, and tranquil lakesides, I felt a deep longing for my hometown, a loneliness...
I melted into the wildflowers, sublimated them beautifully, and engraved them in my heart every night, sweating profusely, while soaking my body in the dew on the grass in the garden, which was particularly thick with mist.
In her rough hands there was always a hoe or a needle.
The grains of knowledge gained through the long journey of life, well over eighty years old, shine like jewels.
Her beautiful, contemplative smile was engraved in gardens, quilts, and poetry, and touched the hearts of people around the world.
He created a wildflower garden by caressing the flowers with his endless hands, and recorded countless thoughts in a notebook, sublimating them into poetry.
Her treasure trove is filled with story quilts, created by meticulously stitching together tens of thousands of scraps of fabric she had collected and gathered.


Ahn Hong-seon, the writer of a special life who quietly showed the world how to age gracefully, creatively, and passionately, and who transformed even the smallest creatures in nature into affectionate objects.
She was a maker of emotion.
Although she likens her life to that of a snail and doesn't easily leave the house, her artistic inspiration was already freely flowing out into the wide world.
It was a great fortune to spend so much time together, day and night, editing “My Wife’s Garden.”
It was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience to delve into the life of a woman and her artistic world, as if I were on a free ride.
In keeping with her artistic sensibility, she focused on freedom, excluding any form or framework, and tried to tightly pack into this one book the countless jewels she has kept for many years.
Even at the end of his life, in his eighties, he continued to write books with all his might, his strong mentality and extraordinary passion were enough to provide another inspiration to young people living in the modern era.
I express my deep respect and gratitude to the author, Ms. Hongseon Ahn, who has a deep and memorable life, and I pray that we can spend more time together.
