This book is a guide to weaning, meticulously documenting the author's intense study and vivid experiences over four years, having successfully weaned two children of completely different genders, personalities, eating habits, and growth rates.
The author, who learned to cook from her mother, who ran a restaurant, and was confident in cooking any dish, realized that the most difficult food to make in the world is 'baby food' while raising her first son, Sang-Hyeon, who was born small and weak, often got sick, and had a small appetite.
Thanks to the weaning period, which felt like a battle to feed even one more spoonful, the author studied weaning methods, food science, and nutrition by poring over domestic and international materials, and created her own weaning food recipes.
