Into the book
D: Can you tell me if the spirit body contains the soul when it leaves the body?
S: Our spiritual body is our soul.
The concept of soul encompasses the energy we call our spiritual body, our identity, our reality.
This is the true self.
Depending on which perspective we integrate into our reality, we call it a spirit body or a soul.

D: We've heard a lot about something called a 'silver cord', but is there really such a thing?
S: As you can see, it is the lifeline of our body that really exists in nature.
In terms of energy, it is the cord that holds our lifeline containing our energy in our body.
It's a real device.
D: So, at the moment of death, does this line break?
S: That's right.
D: Some people are afraid of having out-of-the-body experiences because they are afraid that the silver cord will detach from their body unexpectedly.
S: It is possible to disconnect.
But most of the time, it's done intentionally, not by accident.
D: Are you saying that when we do an out-of-body experience, the silver cord remains connected to our body so that we don't lose our way back?
S: That's correct.
So don't be afraid of astral travel.
Because the unexpected never happens.

D: But in many cases, it's not planned, it's spontaneous.

S: That's right.

I discovered during my regression work that most people are unaware that they are traveling outside their bodies every night when they fall asleep.
The body feels tired and needs to rest, but the spirit or soul does not need sleep.
It would be so tedious to wait for the body to wake up to do the work given to the spirit body, the 'real you'.
So while my body sleeps, my 'real self' escapes and goes on all kinds of adventures.
They travel all over the world, spend time on the spirit side, or even go to other planets and dimensions.

The person is usually unaware of dreams in which he or she is flying or visiting strange places.
We are always connected to our body by the silver cord, the lifeline and the umbilical cord.
When it is time to return to the body, you experience what is called a 'pulling' and the spirit body re-enters the body.
According to the subjects of my work, they sometimes experience temporary paralysis just before waking up.
This happens when the person wakes up suddenly (such as by a loud noise) before the spirit body has fully returned to the body.
In such cases, temporary paralysis occurs because the connection between the body and the spirit is not complete.
However, there is no need to be afraid as such phenomena usually pass quickly.
--- From "Chapter 1_The Experience of Death"

J: Yes.
I'm looking at a group right now.
The teacher is wearing a nice uniform and has a very kind expression.
He is teaching other souls what is happening and has happened.
What does the tapestry and the complexity of its many patterns mean?
He has a shiny pointer thing.
It has a golden color and looks like a crystal at the end, but it is actually a diamond that shines on its own.
He's pointing to the threads in the tapestry, threads, cables, ropes, whatever you want to call them, they seem to glow on their own.
He points out different characteristics of lives, how people have evolved and in what areas they need to grow.
Everyone is taking notes.
Not with pen and paper, but with your own head.
D: Is he explaining to these students their lives so that they can make decisions about their future lives?
J: Yes, I got the impression that they were studying how their past lives were woven into the tapestry of this life.
This is what the ancients called the 'Akashic Records'.
(I was very surprised) These are the Akashic records that advanced souls understand.
Some records are kept in book form, he says, but they are for souls who have not progressed to such a high level.

D: (I didn't understand) So not everyone has threads in this tapestry?
J: No, all living beings have threads in the tapestry, but only advanced souls can understand and access the concept of this tapestry.
Less advanced souls have Akashic record books they can look into.
It's like a child coming to a college library.
They should go to the children's book section of their local library.
--- From "Chapter 5_The Grand Journey"

D: When some souls come into a life, without having had a true past life experience, they… … .
S: They can extract information from the Akashic records and imprint this information on their soul.
Then it becomes their experience.

Other researchers say:
The Akashic Records contain no mention of time, only records of events, emotions, and lessons learned.
D: Umm… … , can you tell me how you can tell the difference when doing something like this?
S: No, I can't really tell the difference either.
If I am in an imprint, that imprint becomes real, as if I had actually experienced it.
All the feelings, memories, practically everything about that life are imprinted in it.
From my perspective, I don't think I can speak objectively because I was completely immersed in the experience.
This is the general idea about imprinting.
Imprinting is the ability to live on a planet for thousands or even hundreds of thousands of years without actually being there.
D: What is the reason?
S: If someone has never experienced life on Earth, or if it has been a long time since their last incarnation, they will have no reference point, nothing to lean on, nothing to relate to when they begin their next life.
If he came to this planet without the help of the imprint, he would be completely lost.
People may not understand how to behave in customary, religious, political, or social settings.
If you don't have any earthly experience as a human being in your subconscious, imprinting is absolutely necessary.
For someone to feel comfortable and relaxed, they need something to draw from and compare to in their everyday experiences.
If not, you'll feel out of sync almost every day.
It will continue to be so until the time comes when that person can look back and see some historical parallels.
That's in the second half of life.
But the confusion and dissonance that comes from having to experience this nullifies any learning.
Because in learning there is always dissonance that needs to be filtered out.
All learning will be colored by this dissonance, and in the end you will learn nothing.
So, for this operating system (the human body - translator's note) to feel comfortable in new environments and completely unfamiliar experiences, there must be imprinting.
Otherwise, even simple things like arguments will scare the operator so much that he will turn into a complete blank slate.
These innocent ones, as you know, have no experience with anger or fear.
That would render them powerless and paralyzed.
They will be completely shocked.

Many people believe that all of this is somehow influenced by the environment.
The baby's mind is completely pure and all information is learned and absorbed as it grows and lives.
Certainly, we seem to rely more on our subconscious memories than we do on our conscious ones.
According to this new idea, spirits who first enter Earth's physical bodies and encounter a strange and new culture must have something in their past memories that will serve as a foundation for them to reference and provide relevant information.
All these thoughts surprised me and opened up a whole new perspective.
It could have changed my entire perspective on reincarnation.

Publisher's Review
A master of past life regression therapy reveals his conclusions about the experience of death and the world beyond through 45 years of hypnosis research and past life therapy.

Professor Jeong Hyeon-chae, professor emeritus at Seoul National University College of Medicine and a leader in Korean thanatology, recommended this book as “the ultimate travel guide that penetrates life and death,” saying, “In 2014, about 300 scientists and doctors gathered in Tucson, Arizona, declared that science must escape materialism, and the following year, they declared that consciousness continues even when the body perishes with death.”
Globally, mainstream academia is beginning to adopt an open attitude toward exploring knowledge beyond materialism, and in the West, books on spirituality are already actively being published and selling briskly.

This is thanks to the strong reader base that seeks knowledge that transcends established academia and established religion.
Dolores Cannon is a bestselling author, renowned in the field in over 20 countries, including the United States and Europe, as well as in Russia, and has shared her vast knowledge with the public through interviews, column contributions, and active lectures for various media outlets and newspapers, including the BBC.
There have been many requests from readers in Korea to publish Dolores Cannon's books, and now, through this series, you can read her bestselling books in official Korean editions.
This book on death and the afterlife covers near-death experiences, the various levels of existence in the spirit realm, spirit guides, the existence of God, Jesus, and the devil, the reality of heaven and hell, ghosts and poltergeists, pre-incarnation planning and karma, imprinting, and walk-ins.

The common testimony of death for countless people, and the meanings intertwined with birth and death, life on Earth and karma, reincarnation and karma.
The story of the birth of all these systems and the existence of God.

“There is no need to fear death.”
This is the conclusion Dolores reached after hearing common testimonies about the moment of death and life after death through hypnotic regressions of people who had died from various causes for decades.
It reveals in detail all the fears of death that come to mind when we face death, such as the fear of heaven and hell, the fear of extinction, and the fear of pain, and tells us that there is no need to feel fear.
And through various topics and rich examples, it reveals one by one what happens in the world between life and death, how to perceive reincarnation and karma, and what it means to be born on the material earth full of hardship and difficulty.

It contains common truths that can be found in books published by domestic and international past life regression experts, and it also contains a wealth of new knowledge that is particularly noteworthy in this book.
For example, the existence of the 'Tapestry woven with life (soul)' which can be said to be an advanced version of the 'Akashic Records', the identity of the 'silver cord' which is revealed through travel to other dimensions through dreams and encounters with related spiritual groups such as one's guardian, the meaning and examples of impromptu visits called walk-ins, and the surprising story of imprints which are the answer to the official question that has been attacking hypnotherapy so far, "Why are there so many Marie Antoinettes and Napoleons in the world?" are revealed.

The reason why this book was introduced to Korean readers first in her extensive book category is because I believe that the way we deal with 'death' is the first step in removing the blinders on our heads and hearts from all the established things and existing knowledge we have known so far.
Dr. Soon-Im Jeong, a nutritionist who had a near-death experience in her youth and worked as a clinical nutritionist in Ontario and British Columbia, Canada, said, “I realized that attitudes toward end-of-life and death in North America, especially Canada, are different from ours.” She is in charge of translating the book and participating in the series planning.
