Introduction au livre
La « théorie de l'évaluation » se compose principalement de quatre parties : les bases de la théorie de l'évaluation, la compréhension de l'évaluation immobilière, les méthodes d'évaluation et les activités d'évaluation.
La première partie, « Principes fondamentaux de l’évaluation immobilière », présente les bases de l’évaluation immobilière et ses principes théoriques. La deuxième partie, « Comprendre l’évaluation immobilière », détaille les notions essentielles à l’évaluation immobilière à travers quatre chapitres : l’immobilier et les droits immobiliers, les théories immobilières, le marché immobilier et la théorie de la valeur immobilière.
La partie 3, « Méthodes d’évaluation », explique les méthodes d’évaluation et les répartit en trois catégories : la méthode comparative, la méthode des coûts et la méthode des profits. La partie 4, « Activités d’évaluation », présente les activités d’évaluation sous deux angles : les procédures d’évaluation et les rapports d’évaluation.
