It is designed to help international students become familiar with the characteristics of various Korean discourses they encounter in college life and cultivate listening skills by utilizing listening strategies appropriate to discourse types and topics. To help international students develop these skills, it is designed with a focus on the following three points.


First, we presented various types of Korean discourse that international students may actually encounter, such as lectures, news, interviews, conversations, discussions, and everyday conversations, to help them learn the structure of Korean discourse.
Second, we provide listening strategies for each type of discourse to help students develop the ability to apply them to actual listening situations.
Third, we designed the task to be process-centered so that listening could be performed effectively.


In addition, we have provided task activities linked to other language skills to foster integrated language skills, and have covered a wide range of topics in depth, from general knowledge to current issues, to help students develop the qualities of intellectuals.
