『Sogang Korean Writing Book+ 2A·2B』 is a supplementary textbook to 『Sogang Korean Student's Book 2A·2B』.

We have reflected the needs of teachers and students who used the existing 『Sogang Korean Workbook』, organized the writing textbooks we used internally, and added additional writing to publish a new version.

『Sogang Korean Writing Book+ 2A·2B』 has enhanced convenience for both learners and instructors.
We have newly organized the Workbook, which allows students to review what they have learned in the classroom on their own, Writing, which is organized step by step to enable effective classes, and Review, which can be used in various ways in class.
It is also published in color to suit beginner learners who need visual information such as photos and illustrations.

I.
Workbook

The textbook is designed to enable students to systematically learn what they learn in the classroom and engage in self-directed learning.

1.
The learning objectives, grammar, vocabulary, and expressions of the 『Sogang Korean Student's Book』 are organized into tables.
2.
It provides focus tables for intuitive grammar understanding, grammar usage practice, grammar problems, and vocabulary problems for speaking, reading, and speaking, and listening and speaking.
3.
『Sogang Korean Student's Book』 includes a practice activity where you can fill in the blanks in the script while listening to the recording of the listening and speaking part.

II.
Writing

It is designed to reduce the burden of writing and enable highly realistic writing based on interaction between learners.

The writing textbook consists of a variety of texts and activities that utilize the grammar and vocabulary learned in the Sogang Korean Student's Book.
2.
Additional expanded vocabulary and English translations not provided in 『Sogang Korean Student's Book 2A..2B』 are provided at the bottom of the textbook.

III.
Review

Each lesson includes review materials for speaking, listening and speaking, reading and speaking, and writing.
It is structured so that you can relearn what you have learned through various activities.

1.
Grammar summary cards are included so that you can use them for various purposes.
We've added a variety of review activities, including vocabulary questions, grammar practice questions, conversation practice questions, reading/listening practice questions, and writing questions.
2.
You can review speaking naturally through a list of questions that include previously learned grammar, vocabulary, and expressions.

The correct answers are included in the appendix.
In cases where there are multiple possible answers, example sentences or examples are included.
We also provide a list of interview questions.

I hope this book will serve as a fun writing textbook that will help students systematically learn to write and engage in self-directed learning.

I also hope that it will be a useful teaching material for Korean language instructors to provide effective feedback.
