This book is the first in the "Unstoppable Korean" series, which is a book version of the MBC sitcom "Unstoppable High Kick," which can be watched and laughed together with Koreans.
While video media has been simply "introduced" into Korean language learning settings, this book will allow readers to "directly" enter the video medium and understand the Korean emotions and cultural humor codes contained in sitcoms.


It is also a book that represents the desire of those who want to break away from the image of 'foreigners who can speak Korean' and truly mingle naturally with Korean people.
In other words, rather than a textbook that simply introduces culture, we pursued a textbook that integrated language functions so that students could learn not only speaking and listening, but also reading and writing without difficulty through a natural connection to language learning.


If previous Korean language and culture textbooks for foreigners focused on the Korea they wanted to "inform" foreigners about, now is the time for textbooks that tell foreigners the Korea they "want to know."
We aim to provide an understanding of Korean culture and its vivid expressions through the way 'real' Koreans live, enjoy, think, and communicate, rather than through a well-packaged and polished version of Korea.

I hope that this textbook will be widely used as a necessary textbook in Korean language education fields that are thirsty for multimedia textbooks that contain Korean culture.
