Korean grammar 1
Description
Book Introduction
This book is a comprehensive textbook on Korean grammar written based on the vivid knowledge and experience gained from teaching Korean to numerous foreign students and directly assessing their Korean language skills over the past 20 years.
Through a two-year verification process with over 30 Korean language education experts, we focused on providing opportunities for international students learning Korean to acquire Korean grammar insights comparable to those of native speakers.
The book consists of three volumes. Volume 1 systematically organizes the grammatical elements necessary for understanding the overall system of Korean grammar, while Volume 2 focuses on explaining how various phrase and sentence conjunctions grammatically connect Korean phrases and sentences.
And in Volume 3 (to be published), the core grammatical elements of the Korean language are summarized by various topics, and the commonalities and differences between grammatical elements used in similar ways are clearly compared and explained.
In addition, a sufficient number of practice problems are included so that students can effectively review the grammar knowledge they acquired through Volumes 1 and 2.
With the Korean Wave sweeping the world stage and the rising status of the Korean language, I hope this book will serve as a proper guide to Korean grammar education for foreigners who wish to learn Korean.
