Into the book
I tried to feed Sarangi as many 'superfoods' as possible, which are especially rich in nutrients.
Among the world's best superfoods, we've selected the ones that are suitable for feeding to babies, and we've been constantly experimenting with baby food and toddler food recipes using superfoods.
I studied the benefits of each food, researching domestic and international baby food books, finding the best combinations, and finally, creating a delicious recipe.
Baby dishes made with superfoods, you guys should definitely try them too!
--- p.36 From “Baby Food and Toddler Food Made with Superfoods”

My love doesn't particularly like beef, which she has to eat every day! Iron intake is so crucial at a time like this, so why? What could be the reason? As I pondered and pondered, my expertise grew day by day.
Grind them completely to remove any texture, mix them with your favorite ingredients, drizzle them with a delicious sauce, or finely chop them and roast them! The following recipes are a testament to my hard work and are a true delight to my beloved.

--- p.52 From the “Meat Feeding Project”

I'm also worried about being picky about vegetables.
When you eat vegetables as a single topping, you inevitably develop likes and dislikes.
A mother's wish for her baby to eat a variety of vegetables without being picky! Many babies dislike crunchy textures, so cook them thoroughly, then gently hide them until they're soft and moist! Raise a picky eater by skillfully preparing vegetables.

--- p.54 From the “Eat Vegetables Project”

The concept of pear porridge, which has been with me since I started making baby rice porridge, doesn't have to be difficult.
Let me give you an easy analogy.
If you add 1 part rice to 10 parts water, you get 10 times the porridge.
1 part rice to 5 parts water is 5 times the amount of porridge.
1 part rice to 1 part water makes rice.
In the first stage of early weaning, we start with 10-fold porridge and gradually move on to 8-fold porridge, 6-fold porridge, 4-fold porridge, 2-fold porridge, and finally rice. This is the process of weaning.
If you find it too much trouble to grind soaked rice to make porridge, you can use commercially available rice flour.
You can make porridge using the rice that adults eat.
However, the following are all the same amount.
It's helpful to remember this formula.
[10 times the amount of soaked rice porridge = 20 times the amount of commercially available rice flour porridge = 5 times the amount of cooked rice porridge]

From "Baejuk"

The rule is not to add salt until the stone is cooked.
We didn't even use agave syrup to sweeten it.
The broth made with meat, vegetables, kelp, garlic, etc. can be used from the middle stage.
I didn't use anchovies.
Even lemons before giving birth can be too much for some babies with weak stomachs.
I used parsley powder from 100% parsley from the mid-stage, and cinnamon powder from 100% cinnamon from the late stage.
Oil can be used in very small amounts from the mid-term.
I mainly use olive oil, avocado oil, and brown rice oil.
After the stone, the world of seasoning expands.
However, even after the stone was finished, salt was used as late as possible when preparing baby food.
There are no recipes in the book that use salt for baby food or toddler food.
Instead, I used small amounts of baby soybean paste and baby soy sauce, which have a strong savory flavor but low salt content.
I also started using agave syrup and curry powder after the stone.
I used it in very small amounts, like about 2~3g or 1/3 teaspoon, just to give it a taste.
I was careful to make it taste as mild as possible.

"I'm curious about baby food, seasoning, and oil!"

Are you wondering if your baby is eating the right amount? The recommended daily intake of carbohydrates, sweets, and vegetables will serve as a guide.
However, this is only an average indicator, and each baby's weight and amount of food consumed will be different.
Try to stick to this standard as much as possible, but don't get too excited or discouraged by eating a little more or less every day.

--- p.66 From “Recommended Amounts for Each Stage of Weaning Food”

It feels like just yesterday I gave birth, and now Sarang is tasting rice porridge for the first time in her life! I'm so excited, nervous, and anxious—I'm going through a whole range of emotions.
Should I buy rice flour? Should I grind soaked rice? After much deliberation, I decided to soak and grind the precious rice my grandfather-in-law had grown and sent me, and made my first rice porridge.
It has the advantage of being more granular than commercially available rice flour, making it easier to move on to the next step.
Okay, let's calm our trembling hearts and get started together.

--- p.82 From “Initial Carbohydrates: Rice Meal (Soaked Rice, 10-fold Porridge)”

Beef is a very important ingredient in baby food.
It is also the first meat we eat.
Babies are born with enough iron from their mothers to last them for six months.
After 6 months, the body's iron stores are almost depleted, so it must be consumed through food.
The reason why you shouldn't start giving solid food after 6 months is also because of iron deficiency.
Let's start this important mission of feeding beef with a happy heart!
--- p.90 From “Early Protein: Beef”

If you're struggling with cooking rice, I recommend trying this miracle cream pasta today.
A menu proven by Sarang's real mukbang and countless reviews! Based on testing with parsley powder, this menu is only available from mid-season onward.
A pasta recipe that brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients, filled with a mother's love and care. Start making it now!
--- p.330 From "Baptaegi SOS: Baby Beef Cream Pasta"

Superfood broccoli infused with hearty oatmeal! This super-easy microwave bakery recipe has been flooded with reviews claiming it saved babies from having trouble eating.
Bnaana Bread has the best reviews and testimonials, and it's perfect as a diet snack for moms! There are people who haven't tried it, but no one has tried it only once.
This menu is available after the completion period as milk is added.

Publisher's Review

“Baby food is made with carbohydrates!”
From early weaning to toddler food, the 'Tandanchae' nutritionally balanced diet!

A comprehensive guide to everything from baby food to toddler food! The author compiled a wealth of information, hoping to save others from the same sense of helplessness she felt when starting baby food.
I read books on nutrition and constantly communicated with professional nutritionists to classify all the ingredients in baby food as 'carbohydrates.'
I realized that if a balanced diet of 'tandanji' is important for adults, then a baby's diet should be made up of 'tandanchae'.
Adding carbohydrates, protein, and vegetables to your baby's diet creates a wonderful balance of nutrition and flavor.
『Love Food, Baby Food』 is filled with menus with a great balance of carbohydrates and fats, from early, middle, and weaning food to full-term and toddler food.
From concepts, common sense, and issues that lay the foundation for weaning to recipes for complete meals, baby food, and snacks! This book truly solves all of a mother's concerns.

♥ The first book to classify all baby food ingredients into 'carbohydrates'!

If the adult menu is "dantanji," the baby menu is "dantanchae"! I realized this every day while planning Sarang's menu.
Baby food is a simple meal! Babies need to eat these three things every day.
Carbohydrates (rice, grains, sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc.), proteins (beef, chicken, fish, tofu, etc.), and vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, onions, carrots, etc.)! If you plan a balanced diet that maintains this balance, your baby's nutritional balance will be unavoidable.
This book is the first to classify all baby food ingredients as 'carbohydrates'.

♥ The golden recipe for 'Baptaegi', a strength for moms!

Sarangi's rice bowl was long and thick.
He pushed it away, threw it away, and overturned the bowl.
Through the process of worrying, trying, and trying again, Sarangmom's know-how also solidified.
Whether it's completely ground to remove the texture, subtly hidden in your favorite ingredients, or drenched in a deliciously delicious sauce! Recipes that work for picky kids will work for other kids, too! The recipes I shared with moms in similar situations were more popular than I expected.
“It’s amazing how Ha-eun eats your recipes!” “Thank you for helping me finish the long meal prep!” Only recipes that have been repeatedly tested and verified are included in “Love Baby Food, Toddler Food.”

♥ Project called ‘Feed meat’ and ‘Feed vegetables’!

Babies are born with enough iron from their mothers to last them for six months, but after six months, their bodies' iron supply is almost depleted and they must consume it through food.
The reason you shouldn't start solid food after six months is also because of iron deficiency! But who would have thought Sarangi wouldn't like beef, such an important food? I fought the battle every day, experimenting with various methods, and finally learned the know-how I gained through personal experience: "Ah, this is how you eat it."
Babies who are picky eaters of vegetables are also a concern.
If you eat vegetables as a single topping, you will inevitably develop likes and dislikes.
Many babies dislike crunchy textures, so cook them thoroughly, then gently cover them, leaving them soft and moist! Feeding a variety of vegetables without pickiness is completely possible with this book.

♥ 'NO EGG' recipe for babies with egg allergies!

Dishes marked with the 'NO EGG' symbol in the book are safe for babies with egg allergies.
Having worked with babies with egg allergies, I've learned that they have more dietary restrictions than I thought.
In an effort to alleviate some of their inconvenience, we have been developing egg-free recipes one after another.
It contains the author's sincere wish to give hope that it is possible to eat delicious and nutritious food without eggs.
In fact, Sarangmam's representative menu items, such as 'Miracle Poke Bowl', 'Pippo Pippo Miracle Curry', 'Baby Beef Cream Pasta', 'Bnaana Bread', and 'Baby Guacamole', which have received a flood of enthusiastic reviews, do not contain eggs, but are still delicious even for adults.
