It is gaining explosive popularity and response on Instagram.

The super-simple art book from SNS power influencer 'Art Mom' is finally out!

The best playbook for moms, recommended by 88,000 online parenting friends, 'A-Moms'!

The first book by author Choi Mi-yeon, a famous art therapy doctor and content creator known as "Art Mom," has been published.
The author, who suffered from a serious illness as a child, was able to dream and find hope again by looking at beautiful paintings and drawing them every day during those difficult times.
After studying art in earnest and getting married and having a child, I thought, "The greatest gift a mother can give her child is time spent together." So, during the 34 months that my first child was growing up, I used my major to prepare various and creative ways of playing with my child, and we did art activities together every day.
When I first started playing with art, I wanted to help other mothers raising children of similar ages, so I started the 'Art Mom' Instagram account. Every time I shared my unique play pieces and process, I received a flood of comments and questions from mothers. Now, in less than two years, I have already reached 90,000 followers on Instagram.
This book is a play guidebook written in the style of an 'art school mom' that contains 100 art activities, and is also a parenting book that contains the hearts of 'A-Moms', online friends who have cried and laughed together while raising their children.

Publisher's Review
When you want to play well with your child but can't think of a way to play,
An integrated play book for children ages 3 to 7 who want to try their hand at art play, even if they are not good at drawing!

'Is there a way to have fun with my child using materials easily available at home?'
"Is there a way to foster a child's creativity and sensitivity, while also strengthening their attachment and empathy with their mother?"
"I can't even draw well. How can I engage in art activities with my child?"

A guidebook on art play has been published for parents who are wondering how to make play with their children fun and beneficial.
This book, "Super Easy Art Play with Art Moms," is a selection of 100 pieces of art play content that received great response and sympathy from mothers in their 20s and 30s on Instagram.

Jelly, yogurt, rice paper, lotion, cornmeal, salt, yarn, leaves, toilet paper rolls, clay, tissue paper, bubble wrap, crayons, flour, macaroni, pasta, yellow clay, ice, eggshells, cotton balls, cotton swabs, flower petals, candy, etc. The supplies for 'Art Mom's' art play are common items and materials that can be easily prepared at home.
However, as you prepare and practice the 100 games introduced in this book with your child, these everyday materials that can be easily found around you will soon be transformed into 100 works of art.

This creative and fusion art play is great for children as it is easy to prepare with materials found at home, so it is not a burden for mothers, and children can enjoy various art activities together with their mothers.
Forget the worries of being a 'bear-handed' mother and enjoy the super-simple art activities that art moms have personally practiced while raising their children, safely and enjoyably, at home.

The power of art parenting that helps develop your child's creativity, emotional intelligence, and five senses!
To make art play, which was once overwhelming, easy, mom's tips and detailed play points included.

As artificial intelligence technology becomes an integral part of our daily lives, it is said that in the future, creativity, which cannot be replaced by machines, will be considered more important than anything else.
In that respect, art activities that enhance creativity and imagination have become an indispensable learning method for our growing children.
But what if such art activities could be a fun "play" with mom, rather than a difficult "learning" activity? Rather than struggling to learn art in an unfamiliar environment, the resistance would be lessened, and it would feel much more familiar, like a daily routine with mom.
Additionally, when mothers and children play together, they make eye contact and form an attachment by talking a lot throughout the entire process of play, from the moment they prepare their supplies to the moment they finish and clean up after the activity.
It is possible to practice ‘art parenting’ in everyday life, where the child’s emotional intelligence grows rapidly.

This book, "Super Easy Art Play with Art Moms," is full of useful tips and practical advice for parents who want to engage in such beneficial art activities with their children but find "art" difficult or can't think of specific methods and feel lost.
With detailed, helpful instructions for preparing materials, precautions for playing, and even tips for organizing with your child, this book will make the once daunting task of motherly art as easy as a simple activity.

Five effects of play considering the developmental stages of children aged 3 to 7.
Systematic structure based on 'five senses, emotions, growth and development, curiosity, and creativity'

『Super Easy Art Play with Art Moms』 is organized into 5 chapters in the order of the five representative developmental effects of art play: ‘five senses, emotions, growth and development, curiosity, and creativity’, and each chapter introduces 20 types of play, making a total of 100 types of art play.
Representative activities include making yogurt paint, rice paper play, ice ball play, cornmeal play, catching pom-poms, making colored salt, stamping leaves, toilet paper roll play, flower ice mobile play, shadow painting play, making rainbow coin tissues, making cream clay, bubble wrap painting, making jewel jelly, colored slime play, rainbow bubble play, colored paper firecracker play, milk marbling, making ice paint, writing secret letters with candles, cotton ball play, chalk making play, kitchen towel dyeing play, playing using sauce containers, water-based marker watercolor, cooking wrap painting, paper weaving play, coffee filter sketchbook, cotton swab art play, and sticky bubble paint play.

Additionally, the appendix to each chapter includes explanations and specific advice for mothers, including the positive effects of art play and Q&As that may arise during play.
For each of the 100 games, we organized the story of 'Art Parenting by an Art College Mom' so that you can refer to what you say to your child and how you proceed with each game, and we tried to share the daily feelings of a mother who is actually raising a 34-month-old child and looks at her child.
Additionally, the 'difficulty of preparing materials' and 'difficulty of playing' for each game are divided into 1 to 3 stars, helping children easily choose a game that suits their age and material preparation situation.
