A fantasy tale about a jade rabbit in an old tale that grants people's wishes.
In an old tale, a jade rabbit that pounded rice cakes on the moon comes to visit children on the night of the full moon to grant their wishes.
The jade rabbit grants the human child's wish and returns to the moon with the water filled with longing.
The Jade Rabbits, who were betrayed by humans long ago and banished to the moon, cultivate the dry land of the moon and create a city of Jade Rabbits.
After a long time, the city of Oktoki has developed into a state-of-the-art facility. In that city, there is a moon cake research center that makes moon cakes, which are essential for obtaining water from the Earth.
One day, 'Torin', the ace of the research team at the Daltteok Research Institute, is transferred to the Wish Team.
Teaming up with the clumsy Ari, they go to Earth to grant a child's wish, but strange things begin to unfold before they can even begin their first mission, and the mission ultimately fails.
Torin and Ari, who are caught up in a conspiracy, and Narae, a human child living on Earth, open their hearts to each other as they solve the problem like unraveling a tangled thread.
A fantasy tale that travels between the moon and the Earth, the story unfolds in twelve chapters without a moment to breathe.

Publisher's Review
"We Grant Your Wish, Daltteok Research Institute" is the winner of the 1st Bori [Gaedongi's Playground] Creative Fairy Tale Contest.
A children's fantasy story about true friendship and what we should keep in mind in life.
The story of the rabbit and the cinnamon tree that live on the moon unfolds in an exciting world of mystery, adventure, and fantasy.
A coming-of-age story that teaches us about true friendship and what we should keep in mind in life.
Torin is smart, capable, and handsome, and knows how to do his own work well.
Torin, who works at the Daltteok Research Institute, has never depended on anyone in his life, so he seems to have no regrets in his relationships.
After everything he's been through, Torin, who only knew himself, realizes that true friendship requires sharing one's heart with another.
I also learned that small daily things like cleaning in front of the house, running in the park, and chatting with the grandmother next door can be happiness.
Compared to Torin, Ari is always making mistakes and seems naive and oblivious.
But thanks to Ari, who has always been interested in grass, trees, flowers, and old things, they find the answer to return from Earth to the moon.
Torin and Ari become a team and go to Earth to meet the human child Narae, who seems prickly but also lonely.
Her parents make excuses about being busy and don't keep promises on her birthday, and she doesn't even have a single friend to go to the amusement park with.
Each character has a deficiency, and through this, the author shows us what we should keep in mind as we live and what is important in human relationships.
The story structure, in which precious values are placed within a mysterious being who grants 'wishes', is presented in a lively and fun way.
You can feel deep emotion in the story that flows without a moment of boredom.
A warm picture filled with a fantasy world and a dynamic text.
《We Grant Your Wish, Daltteok Research Institute》 is the winning work of the 1st Bori [Gaedongi’s Playground] Creative Fairy Tale Contest.
After a year of serialization in the children's magazine [Gaedongi's Playground], it has now been republished as a single volume.
The judges' comments said, "The mystery, adventure, and fantasy unfold in an exciting way." "The story moves forward with a sense of excitement, leaving no room for boredom."
This work received reviews such as, 'It's a fun and good fairy tale.' and 'It's a fantastic adventure story.' Author Lee Hyeon-ah has written the story structure so solidly that it's hard to believe it's her first book.
While it was serialized in a magazine, it received a lot of love from young readers, with comments like, "I'm so curious about the next episode," "I'm so worried about what will happen to Torin and Ari," and "It's too much to end it here."
Once you open the book, the story unfolds with such intensity that you won't be able to put it down until the very end.
Also, artist Seungmin Oh, who has worked in various ways, has breathed warmth into the fairy tale with his fantastical drawings in this work.
Professor Oh Seung-min depicted the appearance of the Daltteok Research Institute in the text so realistically that it seemed as if he had seen it with his own eyes.
The characters Torin, Ari, and Narae, who have well-developed characteristics, also became a solid force in driving the story forward.
