Torin is smart, capable, and handsome, and knows how to do his own work well.
Torin, who works at the Daltteok Research Institute, has never depended on anyone in his life, so he seems to have no regrets in his relationships.
After everything he's been through, Torin, who only knew himself, realizes that true friendship requires sharing one's heart with another.
I also learned that small daily things like cleaning in front of the house, running in the park, and chatting with the grandmother next door can be happiness.


Compared to Torin, Ari is always making mistakes and seems naive and oblivious.
But thanks to Ari, who has always been interested in grass, trees, flowers, and old things, they find the answer to return from Earth to the moon.
Torin and Ari become a team and go to Earth to meet the human child Narae, who seems prickly but also lonely.
Her parents make excuses about being busy and don't keep promises on her birthday, and she doesn't even have a single friend to go to the amusement park with.


Each character has a deficiency, and through this, the author shows us what we should keep in mind as we live and what is important in human relationships.
The story structure, in which precious values ​​are placed within a mysterious being who grants 'wishes', is presented in a lively and fun way.
You can feel deep emotion in the story that flows without a moment of boredom.

《We Grant Your Wish, Daltteok Research Institute》 is the winning work of the 1st Bori [Gaedongi’s Playground] Creative Fairy Tale Contest.
After a year of serialization in the children's magazine [Gaedongi's Playground], it has now been republished as a single volume.
The judges' comments said, "The mystery, adventure, and fantasy unfold in an exciting way." "The story moves forward with a sense of excitement, leaving no room for boredom."
This work received reviews such as, 'It's a fun and good fairy tale.' and 'It's a fantastic adventure story.' Author Lee Hyeon-ah has written the story structure so solidly that it's hard to believe it's her first book.

While it was serialized in a magazine, it received a lot of love from young readers, with comments like, "I'm so curious about the next episode," "I'm so worried about what will happen to Torin and Ari," and "It's too much to end it here."
Once you open the book, the story unfolds with such intensity that you won't be able to put it down until the very end.


Also, artist Seungmin Oh, who has worked in various ways, has breathed warmth into the fairy tale with his fantastical drawings in this work.
Professor Oh Seung-min depicted the appearance of the Daltteok Research Institute in the text so realistically that it seemed as if he had seen it with his own eyes.
The characters Torin, Ari, and Narae, who have well-developed characteristics, also became a solid force in driving the story forward.
