'Because I'm stupid', 'I don't have time', 'I can't do it no matter how hard I try'
The moment you read this book, all the reasons you've never studied will disappear!

The main character in the book, Ji-eun, is an office worker in her third year of employment.
Although he was a recognized talent in the planning team, he was suddenly transferred to the 'e-commerce team', a team he had no knowledge of or interest in, and was suddenly reduced to a 'nuisance to the team'.
One day, her boss advises her to learn a 'study method' because she keeps making mistakes because she doesn't even know the basic figures needed for work.

“To do a good job, you have to learn and practice.
‘Work ability’ is a kind of ‘study ability’.
Studying for work may be different from studying at school, but the basics are the same.
“You need to grasp the core, memorize the important parts, and be able to apply them broadly and accurately.”

In fact, Ji-eun had been living with a distance from studying since her school days, having been pushed around by her younger brother who was the 'top student in the whole school.'
From then on, the thoughts like, ‘I’m stupid,’ ‘It won’t work no matter how hard I try,’ and ‘I’m too busy to have time’ became as hard as a rock.
However, with the mindset of grasping at straws, he meets a 'study mentor' introduced by his boss, and realizes that all the reasons he had not been able to study until now were nothing more than 'misunderstandings', and he slowly opens his eyes to studying.
The core of the study method that my mentor taught me is ‘learning how to learn.’
He advises Ji-eun:

“The era of living one’s entire life with knowledge learned once is long gone.
Whether we like it or not, we must continuously learn new knowledge and develop the flexibility to adapt to an environment that changes every day.
"How prepared are you now, Ji-eun? Are you fully equipped to learn new knowledge anytime, anywhere, in any situation? Regardless of the field—science, language, sports—the most effective study method is 'learning how to learn.'"

Through six weeks of mentoring, Ji-eun learns step-by-step about the reasons for studying, goals, and methods, through the research and experiments of world-renowned educators, psychologists, and behavioral economists.
In the first week, we will learn about the importance of 'concentration' and 'immersion' as the core of all study methods in the world, and examine the fundamental qualities for studying well.
In week 2, you will learn how to break free from stereotypes about yourself and your studies and how to make changes.
In the third week, we will learn practical study methods such as how to improve memory and how to organize notes effectively.
In week 4, we will look at how to deal with the stress and fear that can arise during the study process. In week 5, we will learn various know-hows to increase the effectiveness of studying, and in week 6, we will learn about the true purpose of studying.

After finally encountering the study method for life, Ji-eun's studies, work, and life unfolded in a surprising way. By following her mentoring process, readers can naturally learn the secrets of life-changing study skills.
