During the Middle Ages, the Notre Dame School and others were active in Paris, and Mozart, Chopin, Rossini, Berlioz, Wagner, Debussy, Ravel, and Stravinsky were also able to learn about new changes in world music in this city.
The author says that while researching materials about the Montmartre area of Paris several years ago, he also learned that Paris, as a center of European art, had a profound influence on the formation and development of Western music.
After that, whenever the author visited Paris, he took his camera and map with him and went out into the streets, spending long hours visiting the homes and places where famous musicians such as Mozart, Chopin, and Liszt lived or worked.
