Into the book
'Talent' is interpreted as innate potential.
It's like an iceberg that's submerged in water and not easily visible to the eye.
The 'strength' is the result of investing time and effort into that 'talent' and making it into an excellent and perfect state.
The important thing is not to stop at discovering and knowing your talent.
You have to accept it as your own and continue to develop it as your own strength.
Let me emphasize again that everyone has their own talents.
You need to discover it quickly and turn it into a strength that you want to pursue, one that will provide you with long-term satisfaction, continuous growth, and outstanding results.
--- From "Discovering Talent"

I anticipate that you will face many challenges in the future.
When negative emotions like anxiety or anger come up in your mind while doing that work, it is a good idea to honestly write down your feelings on paper.
The act of writing down the confusing thoughts that arise in your mind can help you look at your emotions objectively and organize them.
Through this process, you may at some point come to the realization, "Why was I feeling this way?" or "I have more important things to do."
It is important to shake off unnecessary emotions and think about and organize the things you truly want to do and enjoy.

--- From "Work"

Building a good relationship begins with knowing yourself first.
Take another look at your strengths.
Think about how you like to relate to people, how you communicate well, and what kind of feelings and actions you can share with others based on your strengths.
Next, take a good look at your opponent.
Observe who the person is, what they like, what they are good at, and what they need.
Do you truly want to win someone's heart and build a positive relationship? Then give generously, first.
The golden rule of relationship building is, “Do to others as you would have them do to you” (Matthew 7:12).

What should you give first? What you're good at—your "strengths."
--- From "Relationships"

Let's start by looking to our strengths to solve the problem.
First, let's define the problem clearly.
And instead of looking at the present, imagine the state after the problem is solved.
What we want is a state of satisfaction and comfort after the problem is solved.
Don't just look at the current problem, but keep thinking about the happy state you will experience after the problem is solved and recite the spell of success.
And then plug my strengths into the problem like a formula.
Keep asking yourself how you can challenge yourself with your strengths.
And keep combining your strengths to attack problems.
Attack the problem persistently.
If you find it difficult to be alone, seek help from your colleagues.
Combine your strengths with those of your colleagues and attack the problem in the same way.
Clearly, the answers will begin to appear.
