Book Introduction
“God used my poverty as material!”
A religious essay by YouTuber Yeom Mi-sol, known as "Money Sister."

If there is a God, why do innocent people suffer? This is a question many people ask the heavens.
Yeom Mi-sol (formerly known as Money Sister), a YouTuber with 120,000 subscribers, also struggled in poverty for a long time, asking the same question.
Her adolescence and young adulthood were marked by poverty, deprivation, and the resulting frustration and depression that came with it, as her parents became delinquents during her school years.
Despite having enough experience and qualifications to fill up his resume, he repeatedly failed in the job market and started out in society as a non-regular worker earning 400,000 won per month.
But this deficiency turned out to be a blessing.
By jumping into the SNS market to make a living and starting a full-fledged business, I was able to create an Insta Market that brings in 100 million won per month, and I became a mentor to female entrepreneurs through the YouTube channel [Money Sister] that I created to share my business know-how. In addition, by meeting tens of thousands of students through online lectures, I started seeing an amount of money that was 360 times my first salary deposited into my account in my 10th year of working life.
The author, now the CEO of the shared growth platform 'Flick', realized that God did not abandon his countless hardships, adversities, and even times of poverty, but used them as materials for growth.
And in this book, he included the principles of growth and finance for the Kingdom of God that he had learned through his own experiences and realizations.

Into the book
God works and accomplishes things according to each person's appearance and faith.
The secret to my escape from dire poverty and my growth through business can only be found in God.
God used my trials, suffering, lack, and even poverty as materials to accomplish His plan.
So I have come to confess that there is no time wasted in the Lord.
For those who want to know the God who called me, a poor person, to be a steward of the kingdom of God, I would like to introduce the roadmap of God that I experienced in this book.
If I may be greedy, I hope this book can serve as a "Creator's Growth Roadmap" for those who want to be recognized in this world even without believing in God, and for those who want to become rich through personal growth.
--- p.10, from “Prologue_ The Perfect Self-Development Book”

But now, looking back, even though I had shown sufficient results, my sister's thoughts and feelings changed, and even when I acted like a fool who couldn't say anything in an unreasonable situation, it was all part of God's plan.
If I had received a monthly salary of 3 million won right then, I would have definitely settled for reality and lived a life without any dreams or challenges.
But God did not want me to live like that, so He drove me to the edge of depression and despair.
--- p.53, from “Chapter 1: 360 Times the Blessing”

As I realized that the times I felt meaningless in my life were not the times I could throw away, I realized once again that my life was completely under God's plan.
Even now, I still sharpen my senses toward God, seeking His secret signals that are working in my life.
I asked the pastor to pray for me while preparing the flick.
The pastor did not pray, “Please make my new business prosperous and successful.”
“Please let me be a female leader who shares what I have with 500 people, rather than taking what 50 people have for themselves.
“I bless you to become a business that can perform the miracle of the five loaves and two fish.”
--- p.
157, from “Chapter 2: 360 Times the Grace”

As I observed from the sidelines, I noticed that 'growing Christians' had the following characteristics.
First, do your best at what you are doing now.
They consider it their calling to live and work hard in this beautiful world that God created because He loves humanity so much.
And if you work hard, you're bound to succeed! Second, be cool with the results.
No matter how hard I try, if God says it can't be done, I think it really can't be done.
So, even when things don't go well, we think, "God must have other plans," and immediately try something else.
By the way, in the world this is called a 'pivot' and it is a very important element in marketing.
Third, the field of the mind is strong.
Christians have the most powerful 'Bibli Hill' in the world.
It is God.
Even if things aren't going well right now, I have the mindset that 'This world is nothing! It's nothing!' because I've received the gift of salvation called heaven.
People in the world call this 'mental strength'.
--- p.
223, from “Chapter 3 · God’s Roadmap”

Only those who have experienced hardship can fully understand the feelings of someone facing the same difficulties.
Looking back, I realize that God made me poor so that I could have a heart to help the poor.
God knew exactly what was needed to use me as a steward, and He made me live that way.
So, we must always believe in God's good guidance planned at the end of suffering.
God's plan, which knew me before I was born and knows even the number of hairs on my head, is already being perfectly fulfilled.
--- p.
233, from “Chapter 4 · Principles of Growth in the Kingdom of God”

According to the Bible, not caring about the needy around us is like abandoning Jesus who was hungry and thirsty.
God never needs money.
Even without 'my money', God always carries out His will perfectly.
But we must strive to discern between what is ours and what is God's, because God does not want us to be separated from Him simply because of material things.
It is God's will that we acknowledge God as the master of material things and ourselves, and live on this earth as stewards who faithfully fulfill our responsibilities to God. This is God's will that He has called us to be stewards.

“Today’s difficulties will one day become my testimony!”
The Growth Principles of the Kingdom of God That Create a Turnaround in Life

There is a story in the Jewish wisdom book, the Midrash.
One day King David gave an order to his royal craftsmen.
“Make me a beautiful ring.
However, engrave on the ring a phrase that will calm my emotions when I am overcome with joy at my victory, and give me courage when I am in deep despair and miserable.” The craftsman thought about it for several days, but could not come up with an idea, so he went to see Prince Solomon, the son of King David, who was famous for his wisdom.
Solomon, after hearing his worries, gave him the following passage:
“This too shall pass.”

This passage, already well known to many, truly offers comfort to those consumed by sorrow and humility to those intoxicated by joy.
So, what about the title of this book, "No Time Is Wasted"? Doesn't it offer a wake-up call to those who grew up in an environment free from need and hardship but let their time pass carelessly? Doesn't it offer hope and courage to those who grew up in harsh and arduous circumstances but have walked the path with sincerity and diligence?

The author of this book, Yeom Mi-sol, became a 'rich older sister' through Instamarket and has a YouTube channel called "Ch.
She is the operator of “Yeom Mi-sol (formerly known as “Money-rich Sister”)” and the CEO of “Flick,” a platform for shared growth.
As can be inferred from his first nickname, the author is currently earning a monthly income that is beyond what an average office worker can grasp, and he practices a life of sharing beyond just earning.
But the story she wanted to tell her many readers was not about how to make money or succeed in this 'also-passing' era.
In the book, the author calmly retraces his school days, which were marked by poverty and deprivation, his youth, which was filled with passion but lacked opportunities, leading to repeated frustration and despair, and his journey to where he started a business by chance and reached the present.
But her poverty became the seed of her business, her frustrated dreams blossomed into a brilliant instructor, and her fear of debt bore fruit in a solid business.
Thanks to my parents, who passed on their devout Christian faith instead of money, the author muttered to himself whenever he faced difficulties.
That this whole process will one day become my testimony.
This book is the vivid testimony of CEO Yeom Mi-sol, who lived through that time, and it is a record of God's work of not discarding even all the shortcomings in her life but using them as materials for growth.
If you are a reader who feels like today's efforts have been in vain and the future has long been bleak, read this book.
As long as there is a Creator, none of your time can be wasted.

In the end, a happy ending
The Biblical Principle of Growth: 360 Times the Blessing

“Misol, I am your father, higher than the highest ruler in this world and richer than the richest man in this world.
“Don’t worry about anything.”
It was a warm voice heard by the author, who was in his twenties and a poor international student in Qingdao, China, and prayed every day, “Please give me some money.”
Only then did she realize that God was not a bystander but a subject who intervened in her life, and that He was with her even in difficult and trying times.
But even after returning to Korea and graduating from college, life wasn't easy.
After failing repeatedly to find a job, I finally entered society with a temporary job paying 400,000 won per month. After that, I spent my days physically and mentally exhausted, helping out at the restaurant run by my mother and aunt during the day and working as a tutor in the afternoon.
But when he turned around, an unexpected path opened up! The side dish business he started to make a living led to the creation of the online shopping mall "LikeSol." His YouTube channel "Money Sister," which he started to share the secrets of successful one-person businesses, and his "Class 101" course on running an Instagram market quickly became successful.
With this, in my 10th year of social life, an amount equivalent to 360 times my first salary began to be deposited into my bank account.

The author unfolds his own growth story in Chapters 1 and 2 of this book, “No Time Is Wasted,” under the titles “360-fold Blessing” and “360-fold Grace,” respectively.
Chapter 3, “God’s Roadmap,” introduces the big picture of God’s work in marriage with a non-Christian husband and the work that is still being done, and also includes the husband’s testimony of faith.
She also thanks God for allowing her to receive Christian financial education twice and for giving her material gifts when she simply wanted to be a 'rich older sister', and in chapters 4 and 5, she preaches the 'growth principles of the kingdom of God' and the 'financial principles of the kingdom of God' that she realized and learned.

If you are a Christian, this book will help you understand that wealth is not a blessing for a certain action, but a "gift" and that it is given to certain people. You will also come to realize what kind of life you should lead after obtaining material satisfaction.
And for non-Christians, this book will help you understand the origins of the "self-humility," "tireless zeal," and "selfless sharing" often seen in "Christian influencers" who have overcome countless adversities and ultimately achieved worldly success.
You might also find yourself confessing, as the author's husband did, "The Bible is the perfect self-help book!"
