PART 1 Understanding Chatbots

It's a simple chatbot once you get to know it.
It began to attract attention with the activation of smartphones and the spread of messengers, and now that its effectiveness has been proven, many companies are adopting it.
A rule base that lets you find answers by pressing a button and natural language processing technology that lets you ask questions by typing are all integrated into a single chatbot.
Part 1 introduces the structure of chatbots and what to prepare when introducing a chatbot.

PART 2: Various Chatbot Cases Developed in Korea

Chatbots have become popular in Korea and many chatbots have been developed.
There are various examples, from customer service chatbots that handle customer responses, to marketing chatbots used for marketing, to service chatbots that provide service functions, to content chatbots that provide information.
