Into the book
As we go through life, we often wonder, "Why am I like this? Why can't I reach my goals? Why do the results always seem to be bad no matter who I meet?" I think the more we experience these things, the more we start to wonder, "Do I lack the ability to judge people?"
You become exhausted from sacrificing your passion for someone, the relationship keeps ending in hurtful relationships, and you become depressed.
If this continues over and over, at some point you realize, 'This is how I became because I was raised by immature parents.'
So, I kept seeing only people who I could sacrifice myself for and take care of, and I kept forming relationships with those people.
Then I thought, 'Oh, that's why.
That's why I was doing this.
So I realized, ‘So you’re trying to love while making sacrifices…’
When I look at people, I see people who live their lives constantly complaining about their conditions.
Then nothing will change.
If your body and mind become healthy there, you will think like this.
'My situation was like this.
But do I want to live like this in the future? How do I want to live from now on? What kind of parent do I want to be?' That's when change and healing begin.
When enough time has passed and healing has taken place, looking back on the past, it seems like an episode.
‘Ah, I used to be like this.’ That’s how the past looks like a different story.
When that time comes, whole people will start coming into your life.
Not someone who I have to constantly sacrifice for, but someone with whom I can build a relationship of complete respect and love.
