If you could become good at English just by listening, then all movie critics who have seen thousands of movies would be English experts... (omitted)... Listening only has little effect, so you can't become good at English just by listening.
If you listened to the English kindergarten to some extent, it was not because you listened to it to some extent, but because you went to the English kindergarten.
