And since I made it by omitting soy sauce, salt, and sugar from the existing recipe, I felt like I was missing the core part of the recipe, so I wasn't satisfied. That's when I started thinking, 'Can't I make it delicious without seasoning or adding sugar?' This book contains a selection of recipes that I created after thinking about it.
