System War Master Plan
System War Master Plan
Description
Book Introduction
"I feel like my arm is going to fall off.
Please let me go."

In January 2025, President Yoon Seok-yeol's cry was not simply a cry directed at the arrest team.
It was the cry of a warrior fighting alone to prevent the collapse of the liberal democratic system, and an SOS to the people and the world.
This book clearly reveals the reality of the systemic war that South Korea is currently facing.
As a former National Intelligence Service professor who has fought against pro-North Korea forces for over 20 years, the author clearly demonstrates how unfair the "rebellion frame" imposed on President Yoon Seok-yeol and right-wing forces is, and reveals with clear evidence and logic who the real rebellion forces are.
In particular, this book traces in detail how the Democratic Party of Korea transformed into a pro-North Korea leftist party and how Lee Seok-ki's Gyeonggi Eastern Alliance took control of the Democratic Party of Korea after the dissolution of the Unified Progressive Party.
This book demonstrates how they, who declared in the 2001 "Promise of Military Assets" that they would "seize power within 10 years," actually achieved their goal and the role North Korea's anti-South Korean operations played in the process, through specific cases such as the Ilsimhoe incident and the Wangjaesan spy ring incident.

The author also reveals the secrets of the 'frame tactic' that the left has been using for over 40 years.
This paper analyzes how the "progressive-conservative" frame attracted a large number of young people, how the "civil war frame" neutralized the right wing, and proposes a "reverse frame" strategy to reverse this.
In particular, it specifically explains how to unite the center and right and divide the left camp by setting up a new frame called “Pro-Republic of Korea forces vs. Anti-Republic of Korea forces.”
Allegations of electoral fraud raised since the 2020 general election will also be addressed head-on.
Based on the unusual 63% to 36% ratio seen in the early voting for the 2000 general election, the extreme 52% point difference between the early voting and the actual voting in this presidential election, and the hacking vulnerability of the National Intelligence Service's National Election Commission system, we warn that election fraud is not a conspiracy theory but a real threat.
Above all, the value of this book lies in the fact that it goes beyond simply diagnosing the desperate reality and presents a concrete 'reversal strategy.'
Based on his experience contributing to the victory in the 2012 general election through the training of all military officers, the author presents a concrete implementation plan for the "National Awakening Movement."
In particular, he defines the June 2026 local elections as "the last chance to save the Republic of Korea" and draws up a detailed roadmap for victory.

Publisher's Review
In the midst of the turbulent political climate, many citizens are feeling confused.
This book offers a perspective on what the root causes of such confusion are and what we should do about it.
Drawing on his experience and theory from over 30 years of working and teaching in the security field, the author defines the current situation as a "systemic war" and explains its historical context and current significance.
In particular, analyzing political communication using frame theory will be a useful tool for understanding real-world politics.
Rather than representing the position of a particular political force, this book attempts to diagnose the structural problems of Korean politics and seek alternatives.
Through this book, readers will gain a single perspective on understanding complex political realities.

This book analyzes the current political situation in Korea from the perspective of a ‘systemic war.’
The author traces the growth of the leftist movement since the 1980s, and explains how the plan to "seize power within 10 years" presented in the "Promise of Gunjasan" in 2001 was realized, using cases such as the Ilsimhoe incident and the Wangjaesan spy ring incident.
Analysis of political communication centered on frame theory is also noteworthy.
The author specifically analyzes how the 'progressive-conservative' frame has influenced the political choices of the younger generation for 30 years and how the recent 'civil war frame' operates.
It also addresses problems with the electoral system.
This paper presents statistical anomalies observed in the 2020 general election, security vulnerabilities in the National Election Commission system identified by the National Intelligence Service, and measures to improve them.
Finally, we present a ‘great comeback strategy.’
Based on his experience with military training in 2012, the author suggests the possibility of changing the political landscape through a shift in public perception, and particularly emphasizes the importance of the 2026 local elections.

Prologue: The Republic of Korea must be freed from the frame of treason and foreign exchange crimes. What President Yoon Seok-yeol's cry means.
This explains why the Lee Jae-myung administration is accusing President Yoon of treason and foreign exchange crimes, and why the liberal democratic system will collapse if this frame is not removed.

01 South Korea is in the midst of a systemic war. What is a systemic war? Through the horrors of the three months of North Korean occupation during the Korean War, this book explains why communism inevitably leads to mass slaughter.
It traces the expansion of leftist forces over the past 40 years, from the emergence of the injection faction in the 1980s to the present, and reveals how Lee Seok-gi's Gyeonggi Eastern Union became a leading force in politics.
The martial law and impeachment of the president, as well as the June 3 presidential election, all prove that this is a war of systems.

02 The miraculous frame tactics that pro-North Korea leftists used to take control of South Korea. The reality of the Korean-style frame war that goes beyond George Lakoff's frame theory.
It analyzes how the "progressive-conservative" frame has attracted the younger generation to the left for 30 years, how the "Yoon Seok-yeol judgment theory" of the April 10 general election worked, and how the internal rebellion frame led to the impeachment of the president.

03 China's Chu-Han War and Election Interference Issues This section covers China's 'Chu-Han War' strategy and its attempts to intervene in Korean politics.
The National Election Commission's Suwon Training Center's "Chinese Hacker" incident is being investigated as a possible means of spreading a fraudulent election system through A-WEB.

04 Election Fraud: How to Respond? Specific allegations are presented, including the uniform 63% to 36% vote share between the ruling and opposition parties in the 2020 general election, the extreme 52% point gap between early and actual voting in the 2025 presidential election, and the video of 3,025 ballots being sorted continuously at a Goyang City counting station.
We introduce why communists do not consider election fraud a crime and how the U.S. election watchdog evaluated the Korean election.

05 The US's New Cold War Strategy and the Lee Jae-myung Administration's Response Explains that Trump's tariff policy is part of a systemic war.
We anticipate a clash between Trump, who asks, "Is China an enemy or a friend?", and the Lee Jae-myung administration, which responds with a "Do-Gwang-Yang-Hui" approach.

06 The specific methodology of the national awakening movement for the great reversal strategy of the Republic of Korea.
How to create a big tent with the frame of "Pro-Republic of Korea forces vs. anti-Republic of Korea forces."
How to integrate the party's values and the people's livelihood.
The June 2026 local elections are defined as the final battle and a winning strategy is presented.

Epilogue: Who speaks of despair? "Crisis is opportunity." The deeper the despair, the more abundant the energy for reversal.
A message of hope that the Republic of Korea, which achieved a miracle from the ruins of the Korean War, can create another miracle.

Author's Note

『Master Plan for System War』.
This book is a must-read for the national awakening movement, a textbook for nurturing right-wing warriors, and a master plan for transforming the current war of systems into a dramatic reversal.
I wrote it with the intention of creating a training manual for the Nonsan Training Center in the Sasangjeon War.
I picked up my pen with a heavy heart, seeing President Yoon Seok-yeol, the People Power Party, and the right-wing camp struggling, trapped in the frame of internal rebellion.
The South Korean forces lacked a shared standardized doctrine, strategy, and tactics, and did not receive uniform training, so they appeared to be a disorganized rabble like grains of sand, and they have been continuously defeated by the pro-North Korean leftists who have formed a unified front.
If the South Korean forces are to achieve a comeback victory over the pro-North Korean leftist forces, all participating soldiers must receive training according to the same textbook and be equipped with a unified combat posture.
