2026 Labor Attorney Administrative Litigation Law Lecture
2026 Labor Attorney Administrative Litigation Law Lecture
Description
Book Introduction
Preface to the 8th Edition

In this revision, we have comprehensively revised and supplemented the shortcomings of the 7th edition.
First, we have added as much of the content as possible that was introduced in the lecture materials but not in the 7th edition.
We have selected and included case law that came out after the 7th edition, and reflected the 2025 Certified Labor Attorney exam questions.
For important precedents, facts, etc. have been added or supplemented, and the summary of the judgment has been introduced by distinguishing between the relevant legal principles and the judgment (application of the case) regarding the case as much as possible.

Second, we have written more clearly and easily the questions frequently asked by test takers.
However, parts that are not directly related to the overall flow but require explanation have been processed as footnotes to improve readability.
Some of the content that must be learned in this course is also included in footnotes.
Please take note of the necessary parts of the footnotes and study them.

The above revision aims to present all the content introduced in the professors' textbooks (references listed in the introduction) without omission, while organizing it in a clear and concise manner for the exam.

I would like to express my gratitude to Edubee Publishing CEO Moon Hyung-seon, Director Nam Seung-hee, and the editors who diligently publish books despite their tight schedules.
First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the students who are studying with this book.
I hope this book will be of some help to you, the test takers.
I wish you all the best in your exams.
