This edition includes a new city, Busan, nine years after the launch of the Michelin Guide Seoul.
This edition of the Michelin Guide Seoul | Busan 2025 introduces the best restaurants in Seoul and Busan, selected impartially by the Michelin Guide inspectors, including Michelin-starred restaurants that offer world-class cuisine, Bib Gourmand restaurants that offer excellent food at reasonable prices, and Michelin Green Star restaurants that highlight restaurants dedicated to developing sustainable gastronomy.
