Counseling practice
Description
Book Introduction
Counseling is ultimately a process of asking oneself the question, “Who am I?” and finding the answer.
Ignorance and fear block the messages of the great mystery within us.
Counseling is the process of finding answers to who you are, why you came to this world, and what you should do here.
This process consists of listening to your inner voice.
The change that counseling seeks is possible through saying goodbye to the old self that has been controlling you.
The courage accumulated during this process becomes a mental strength that allows the client to begin to look at himself, the world, and the future with a new perspective.
The mental strength accumulated in this way enables the client to stand independently, take responsibility, realize the meaning of life, and fulfill his or her calling.

What are you willing to do, risking your one and only precious life? My existence here means transcending time and space, connecting with all beings connected to me.
I am in a concentric circle of waves.
When I listen to others, many people in other parts of the world, unrelated to me and unknown to me, also listen.
This 'butterfly effect' means that my small actions not only affect others far away, but also return to me like a boomerang.
These basic methods and techniques for listening to others are the core content of this book and its raison d'être.
