Emotion-centered right-brain psychotherapy
Emotion-centered right-brain psychotherapy
Description
Book Introduction
This book argues that the period from the last three months of pregnancy to the second year after birth is crucial because the coordination, breakdown, and recovery of the infant-caregiver relationship form the basic framework for the rest of life.
It also discusses topics related to regression in detail, arguing that regression treatment can be achieved through corrective emotional experiences through the right brain through psychotherapy or psychoanalysis in a mutually regressed state between the patient and the therapist.

He also explains in detail which parts of classical psychoanalytic concepts need to be revised and which parts need to be supported using the science of interpersonal neurobiology, and scientifically explains new topographical and structural models, topographical regression and structural regression, and modern attachment theory.
He also proves, through numerous scientific data, why the nonverbal and emotional right brain's mutual coordination and empathy are more important than the conscious consciousization of the unconscious through the linguistic left brain interpretation that has been emphasized in conventional psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
